El viernes cuando venía del médico decidí aprovechar de buscar algunas cosas que le había comprado a una amiga, ella vive en la misma urbanización donde yo vivo, pero ella vive en la última etapa y yo vivo en la primera etapa. No acostumbro a ir hasta la última etapa, he ido pocas veces, pero recuerdo un poco la vía y sé que hay un par de reductores de velocidad, sin embargo muchas personas van un poco rápido porque es una recta larga y les gusta ir rápido.

"hay cosas que nos sorprenden en la vida en cuestión de segundos"... un niño de aproximadamente 12 años, salió de una entrada con su bicicleta a toda velocidad y golpeó fuerte mi carro en el lado del copiloto. En seguida frené, temblando de los nervios porque el niño cayó en el suelo. Yo no entendía cómo ese niño apareció tan de repente y yo además iba muy pendiente de la vía y ¡no lo vi venir!.

I immediately stopped, trembling with nerves because the boy fell to the ground. I did not understand how that child appeared so suddenly and I was also very aware of the road and I did not see him coming!

Algunos vecino que iban caminando se acercaron y ayudaron al niño a levantarse. Gracias a Dios no ocurrió nada grave, el niño solo tenía raspones. Revisamos su cabeza, él brinco y caminó para mostrarnos que estaba bien, su bicicleta se dobló un poco pero no ocurrió nada grave. Después de pasar un poco el susto, los vecinos regañaron al niño, él vive en una zona de la urbanización que es alta, el niño se lazó por esa bajada a toda velocidad, y él dice que sí vio mi carro pero no le dio oportunidad de frenar.

After getting scared a bit, the neighbors scolded the child, he lives in an area of ​​the urbanization that is high, the child was down that descent at full speed, and he says that he did see my car but did not give him a chance to brake.

Cuando me subí al carro solo agradecí a Dios por proteger a ese niño y protegerme a mi de que ocurriera una desgracia. Fue realmente un milagro que no pasara nada grave, porque pesar de que yo iba a muy baja velocidad, el niño sí iba a gran velocidad. Incluso los vecinos le dijeron al niño que por esa vía siempre los carros van rápido porque es una recta larga y se presta para que las personas vayan rápido y que le diera gracias a Dios que yo iba muy despacio.

When I got in the car I just thanked God for protecting that child and protecting me from misfortune happening. It was really a miracle that nothing serious happened, because even though I was going very slow, the boy was going at great speed. Even the neighbors told the boy that cars always go fast on that road because it is a long straight and it lends itself to people going fast and to thank God that I was going very slowly.

De allí subí a la última etapa a buscar lo que había comprado y mi amiga no estaba y bueno, yo soy muy sentimental, y la verdad lo que hice fue ponerme a llorar un buen rato allí dentro de mi carro.... pensaba que tuve esa mala experiencia por ir a buscar las cosas y al final mi amiga no estaba. A pesar que no pasó nada malo, fue una experiencia horrible, tan solo imaginar que hubiese ocurrido algo peor. En ese momento tantas cosas pasaron por mi mente . Son esas cosas que pasan tan rápido a pesar de tener todo bajo control o tener todas las medidas de seguridad... Algo externo que pudo haber provocado una situación muy desagradable, pero que al final, Dios tomó el control de todo.

From there I went to the last stage to look for what I had bought and my friend was not there and well, I am very sentimental, and the truth is what I did was start crying for a while there inside my car... I thought that I had that bad experience going to get things and in the end my friend was not there. Even though nothing bad happened, it was a horrible experience, just to imagine that something worse had happened. At that moment so many things went through my mind. They are those things that happen so quickly despite having everything under control or having all the security measures ... Something external that could have caused a very unpleasant situation, but in the end, God took control of everything.

Siempre oro antes de salir de mi casa, es algo que nunca olvido, me siento tan segura cuando oro y le pido a Dios que me proteja y me libre de accidentes. En ese momento agradecí a Dios por oír mis oraciones, el peligro siempre estará aunque seas una persona muy prudente, porque a veces los demás no lo son, y sé que Dios nos libra cuando tenemos mucha fe en Él y en su poder.

I always pray before leaving my house, it is something that I never forget, I feel so safe when I pray and I ask God to protect me and free me from accidents. At that moment I thanked God for hearing my prayers, the danger will always be even if you are a very prudent person, because sometimes others are not, and I know that God frees us when we have a lot of faith in Him and in His power.
