Cocinando una rica pizza/Cooking a delicious pizza

Esta vez vez traigo una sencilla y deliciosa receta para que todos ustedes comunidad de #hive la puedan realizar en cuarentena.

This time I bring a simple and delicious recipe so that all of you #hive community can carry it out in quarantine

Los ingredientes para la masa son:

• 350 gramos de harina sin polvos de hornear.
• 15 gramos de levadura.
• 10 gramos de sal.
• 1 ½ cucharadas sopera de aceite de oliva.
• 200 ml de leche.
• 1 pizca de azúcar.

The ingredients for the dough are:

• 350 grams of flour without baking powder.
• 15 grams of yeast.
• 10 grams of salt.
• 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil.
• 200 ml of milk.
• 1 pinch of sugar.

Preparación./Preparation.

1- En un bol ponemos la leche, aceite, levadura, una pizca de azúcar, el harina y la sal.

1- In a bowl we put the milk, oil, yeast, a pinch of sugar, flour and salt.

2- Mezclamos los ingredientes en forma envolvente hasta obtener una masa homogénea.

2- We mix the ingredients in an enveloping way until we obtain a homogeneous mass.

3- Dejaremos descansar la masa alrededor de dos horas hasta que doble su tamaño.

3- We will let the dough rest for about two hours until it doubles in size.

4- En una lata previamente aceitada ponemos la masa y la estiramos con nuestras manos.

5- Ponemos sobre la masa la salsa de tomate y todos los ingredientes que más nos gusten.

6- Llevamos a horno previamente calentado a temperatura de 180 grados y dejamos hasta que se cocine.

7- Retiramos del horno y disfrutamos de nuestra PIZZA.

Nosotros la llenamos con tomate, queso, jamón y aceituna, con un toque de orégano.

Quedo tan buena que la lata quedo vacía en unos cuantos minutods...
