Battle Ruleset-Weak Magic/Equalizer; Mana Cap- 29

Battle Result: I won this battle 💪 💪 💪 💪 💪 !

The battle went for 6 rounds. Goblin Mech was in first position from Rounds 1 through 3, and 🐸HORNY TOAD🐸 was Tank from Rounds 4 through 6 leading the team to a VICTORY!

Factors I considered in choosing my team:

1. My opponent is in the same DIamond II Level.

2. The recent Splinter Monsters my opponent played were mostly at Level 4 and higher. He's got level 4 Summoners. I assumed that most of his Monsters will be at Level 4 and higher.

3. I needed to use a Summoner that will provide the best buff advantage to my Monsters which are mostly at silver levels 3 and below, and then chose the best monsters in that Splinter for the lineup.

My Battle Lineup

Summoner Yodin Zaku will provide the offensive BLAST ability to all monsters in my lineup. In addition, it will provide +1 Range attack to Range attack Monsters and +1 Health to all monsters in my lineup.

The downside: At Level 1, Yodin Zaku can only summon these levels in Monsters: Common- L3, Rare- L2, Epic- L2, Legendary- L1

BATTLE STRATEGY

The Ruleset in this battle is Weak Magic/Equalizer

In the battle rule Weak Magic, Monsters with Magic attacks hit the enemy Armor first before reducing Health. The Equalizer rule evens out the battlefield and the level of health of every monster is the same.

A worthy opponent will be fielding less or no Magic monsters, will field monsters with armors and backline positions Monsters with offensive abilities, as I would.

1. 💪 I utilized the Summoner Yodin Zaku to provide +1 Health to all my monsters, so that my team will have that field advantage of 1 Health more than every minster opponent. Yodin Zaku also provides the offensive ability BLAST to all my monsters. With the Blast ability, each monster on my team can potentially damage two monsters with every attack.

2. 💪 I chose my strongest Level 3 Melee attack monster Goblin Mech for the first position and for its Armor of 6 protecting its health from all attacks. It will also pierce through the armor of the enemy tank if the enemy armor is less than Goblin Mech's 4 Melee strength.

3. At the backline positions, I field four monsters that have offensive abilities that attack enemy monsters on all positions in the enemy lineup: - 💪REACH (Horny Toad) to attack mostly the first position, 💪SNEAK (Kobold Miner) to attack the last monster in the enemy lineup, 💪SNIPE (Fire Beetle) to target backline Range & Magic monsters, and 💪OPPORTUNITY (Serpentine Sky) to attack the enemy with the lowest health that will hasten the demise of an ailing enemy monster.

In addition, Creeping Ooze has the 💪SLOW defensive ability that reduces the speed of all enemy monsters.

WINNING STRATEGY:

Not the strength of the individual monster but the synergy created by the TEAM of MONSTERS was key to winning this battle.
