MINECRAFT DUNGEONS: 🔥 DEFINITIVE REVIEW 🔥

Lately my content has been only gameplays, I even forgot to write haha. It's been a long week, probably next week will be quite long too, but this time I'll bring a lot more content for you guys, I hope you enjoy it. Let's start!
While I don't want to talk too much about the story, I do want to say something about it, it's pretty simple and straightforward. In itself, as you go through the game, you don't really care about the story, except for the final part of the chapter, as the game lets you know that there will be more, it basically gives you a wink, which isn't bad at all, it means a lot more content to enjoy. If I would have liked that in the levels where we face bosses there were epic cinematics that were in line with the story, I feel that would make the game much more exciting and the story would matter much more, but this is just an aside, in itself the simple story I liked and the few cinematics are very nice.
So far my experience playing Minecraft Dungeons has been quite pleasant. The controls are too simple, it's easy to get used to them from the beginning, although I've also played titles with similar mechanics, maybe that's why I adapted quickly. I don't have a console where I can play it, so I don't know how is the game experience on a console, although I want to buy a Gamepad to try it and see if it's more comfortable than playing on keyboard-mouse.
I have hardly played this game alone, I have only been accompanied by Jean, I have also introduced two more friends to this game, is there really a noticeable difference when playing co-op? The answer to that is a resounding YES. When you play with a friend, the difficulty goes through the roof. You may be able to finish almost any level without any problem when playing alone, but when you have companions it is much more complicated to advance.
There are 3 degrees of difficulty and you must unlock them little by little. The last degree of difficulty seems crazy at first, but then you realize that it's not as complicated as it seems, at least you hardly notice it if you are well equipped. Enemies will always inflict an exaggerated amount of life on you, if you really know how to play and have a good armor, you can pass any level with your 3 chances, at least I think so, the truth is that I have died too many times in a single level. If it wasn't for Jean I don't know what I would really do.
Is the game worth it in terms of content? I can say that Jean and I have a great adventure ahead of us, there are lots and lots of things we haven't discovered yet, parts of the story we haven't finished yet, lots of armors and monsters to kill, at least we bought the version with all the DLC, I guess that's why we have too much content. The answer to the previous question is: yes, yes it is worth it. It is true that the main mechanics of the game will always be the same, but the different scenarios and the large amount of items make the game keep you entertained at all times.
We still have to travel to other dimensions, many more adventures await us, and that's only one fifth of the pie. We have Ender's eyes, which we haven't completed yet for some reason, I guess we've been distracted with other games and other things, we still don't know what will happen upon completion, I don't think we've even explored 11% of the game's content.
Believe me, Jean and I get pretty surprised when we get a relic that we didn't have before, they usually have passives or powers that are really cool. Jean usually uses a book that is a kind of buff that increases damage insane, plus it gives an incredible speed bonus. There are health totems, pets that you can summon and much more.
That's my current character, which @therealflaws helped me level up a few days ago, just a little bit. If we want to play together, we must have a similar level, otherwise it will be impossible to advance in the more complicated levels. For new players, playing with someone who has many levels difference, could affect a lot your game experience. So I recommend that if you purchase this game to play with someone, you both start with a new character. I also recommend that you upload your character to the cloud, otherwise you may lose your character's progress as it happened to me, I thought a character's progress was automatically saved, but I was wrong.
We had the chance to play with @eddiespino, who played with us for a while and I think he had a good time hahaha, although we died a lot. @rishahp joined us later, Jean helped him level up and he seemed to enjoy the game too, in fact I think he was surprised after playing for a while, that's what happens when you underestimate a game without having played it (it happened to me). @derangedvisions Played with us from his Xbox and had a great time too, he admitted that the game is much easier solo.
I have to be realistic, Minecraft Dungeons is far from being one of the best games in the world, but it's not a bad game, at least not as many have labeled it, it's not a crappy game. It's a simple game and I'd say it's another way of looking at Minecraft, beyond the creative and surviving in a house on top of a mountain, this time something more Rpg style. I'll give the gameplay a 7/10. I want to clarify that I'm a big fan of Minecraft since I met him, so my score could be subject to that, this is all subjective.
I went into the tutorial and instantly fell in love with the game. The game has a minimalist and smoothed style that I love, it's almost like watching the original game with some shaders, it's very similar. Although the graphics are very nice, they are not the best graphics in the world, but visually it is a very attractive game. The effects when attacking with the bow, the effects when using a relic, the effects of the bosses, everything looks impeccable, super smooth. If you know of any game that looks like this, let me know, I need to play it. Our characters also get lost many times between so many flashes and particles, typical of RPG games.
Is it necessary to have a good computer to be able to play it? Yes(You can also get it on Xbox, PS4 and other consoles). You need a halfway decent computer to enjoy it. In itself the game has nothing that is out of this world, but I think Jean and I have noticed that the dungeons are randomly generated, at least that's what it seems, so both objects and monster generation, somehow demand a computer with at least 8gb of ram and a gpu of more than 3gb in vram, although you can play it perfectly with 2gb vram(as well as me, it's totally enjoyable, even with less). I'm sure that if you ever get to play it and you like minimalist, probably the visual aspect of this game will make you totally fall in love with it. 8/10 to this section.
I have made some gameplays for 3speak where I comment several things, these gameplays I always do them with the sound of the game on low, but then off camera I turn the volume up to full. I have to say that the music that has this game, as always 10/10. Also the sounds and ambience are very well crafted. There is a map that is a kind of cemetery, in that map you can hear all the nature, the forest, owls, moans of a woman(I think it's a ghost), all those sounds are creepy. Even though the game itself is not scary at all, those sounds would be perfect in a horror game.
The soundtrack of this game could even be in a movie, it's beautiful. One of the things I loved about the version I bought on Steam, is that it has almost 9gb with all the sounds and songs that have been used throughout the game, more than 200 sounds that I can enjoy while I'm working or looking for a moment to relax. Inside the game all these sounds perfectly accompany each of the levels you go through, simply epic. I'll leave you a playlist with these songs so you have an idea of what I'm talking about.
I think at this point I only have a couple of things left to say. One of the things that worries me the most about this game: its price. It's a pretty expensive game and even more so if you buy the latest edition as I did. Obviously everyone is free to buy it or not, but it wouldn't be bad if it was a little cheaper. I don't want to be misunderstood either, the game is worth what it's worth. I hope you made it this far, that you really enjoyed this post as much as I enjoyed doing it. Últimamente mi contenido han sido solo gameplays, ya hasta me habÃa olvidado de escribir haha. Ha sido una larga semana, probablemente la semana que viene también sea bastante larga, pero esta vez traeré mucho más contenido para ustedes, espero que lo disfruten. ¡Comencemos!
Si bien no quiero hablar demasiado de la historia, si quiero decir algo acerca de ella, es bastante simple y directa. En sÃ, mientras vas jugando, no te preocupas casi por la historia, excepto en la parte final del capÃtulo, ya que el juego te hace saber que habrá más, básicamente te ofrece un guiño, cosa que no está nada mal, significa mucho más contenido que disfrutar. Si me hubiera gustado que en los niveles en donde nos enfrentamos a jefes hubiesen cinemáticas épicas que estuviesen acorde con la historia, siento que eso harÃa el juego mucho más emocionante y la historia importarÃa mucho más, pero esto es solo una acotación, en sà la historia simple me gustó y las pocas cinemáticas que se logran ver son muy bonitas.
Hasta ahora mi experiencia jugando a Minecraft Dungeons ha sido bastante placentera. Los controles son demasiado sencillos, es fácil acostumbrarse a ellos desde un comienzo, aunque yo también he jugado a tÃtulos con mecánicas similares, tal vez por eso me adapté rápido. No tengo una consola en el que lo pueda jugar, asà que no sé como sea la experiencia de juego en una consola, aunque quiero adquirir un Gamepad para probar y ver si es más cómodo que jugar en teclado - mouse.
Casi no he jugado este juego solo, únicamente he estado acompañado de Jean, también he introducido a dos amigos más a este juego. ¿Existe realmente una diferencia notoria al jugar en cooperativo? La respuesta a eso es un rotundo SI. Cuando juegas acompañado la dificultad se dispara un montón. Puede que jugando solo termines casi cualquier nivel sin ningún problema, pero cuando tienes compañeros es mucho más complicado avanzar.
Existen 3 grados de dificultad y debes desbloquearlos poco a poco. El último grado de dificultad parece una locura al principio, pero luego te das cuenta que no es tan complicado como parece, al menos casi no lo notas si estás bien equipado. Los enemigos siempre te infligirán una cantidad exagerada de vida, si realmente sabes jugar y tienes una buena armadura, puedes pasarte cualquier nivel con tus 3 oportunidades, al menos eso creo, la verdad es que he muerto demasiadas veces en un solo nivel. Si no es por Jean no sé que harÃa realmente.
¿El juego vale la pena en cuanto a contenido? Puedo decir que Jean y yo tenemos una gran aventura por delante, hay muchÃsimas cosas que aún no hemos descubierto, partes de la historia que aún no terminamos, muchas armaduras y monstruos por matar, al menos nosotros adquirimos la versión con todos los DLC, supongo que por eso tenemos demasiado contenido. La respuesta a la anterior pregunta es: si, si vale la pena. Es verdad que la mecánica principal del juego siempre va a ser la misma, pero los distintos escenarios y la gran cantidad de items hacen que el juego te mantenga entretenido en todo momento.
Aún tenemos que viajar a otras dimensiones, muchas más aventuras nos esperan, y eso es solo una quinta parte del pastel. Tenemos los ojos de Ender, los cuales aún no hemos completado por alguna razón, supongo que hemos estado distraÃdos con otros juegos y otras cosas, aún no sabemos lo que sucederá al completarlos, creo que no hemos explorado ni el 11% del contenido del juego.
Créanme, Jean y yo nos sorprendemos bastante cuando conseguimos una reliquia que no poseÃamos anteriormente, usualmente tienen pasivas o poderes que están realmente buenos. Jean suele utilizar un libro que es una especie de buff que aumenta el daño asquerosamente, además de que da un bonus de velocidad increÃble. Existen totems de vida, mascotas que puedes invocar y muchÃsimo más.
Ese es mi personaje actual, el cual @therealflaws hace unos dÃas me ayudó a subir de nivel, solo un poco. Si queremos jugar juntos, debemos de tener un nivel parecido, de otro modo se hará imposible poder avanzar en los niveles más complicados. Para los jugadores nuevos, jugar con alguien que tenga muchos niveles de diferencia, podrÃa llegar a afectar mucho su experiencia de juego. Asà que te recomiendo que si adquieres este juego para jugar con alguien, ambos comiencen con un nuevo personaje. También les recomiendo que suban su personaje a la nube, de otro modo pueden perder el progreso de su personaje asà como me sucedió a mi, creà que el progreso de un personaje se guardaba automáticamente, pero me equivoqué.
Hemos tenido la oportunidad de jugar con @eddiespino, quién jugó un rato con nosotros y creo que la pasó bien hahaha, aunque morimos bastante. @rishahp se introdujo más tarde, Jean lo ayudó a subir de nivel y parece que también disfrutó el juego, de hecho creo que se sorprendió después de jugar un rato, es lo que pasa cuando subestimas un juego sin haberlo jugado(a mi me pasó). @derangedvisions Jugó con nosotros desde su Xbox y la pasó en grande también, él admitió que el juego es mucho más fácil en solitario.
Hay que ser honestos también, Minecraft Dungeons está lejos de ser uno de los mejores juegos del mundo, pero no es un mal juego, al menos no como muchos lo han catalogado, no es un juego de mierda. Es un juego simple y dirÃa que es otra forma de ver al Minecraft, más allá de lo creativo y de sobrevivir en una casa encima de una montaña, esta vez algo más al estilo rol. Le daré al Gameplay un 7/10. Quiero aclarar que soy muy fan de Minecraft desde que lo conocÃ, asà que mi puntuación podrÃa estar sujeta a eso, todo esto es subjetivo.
Entré al tutorial y me enamoré del juego instantáneamente. El juego tiene un estilo minimalista y suavizado que me encanta, es casi como ver al juego original con ciertos shaders, es muy parecido. A pesar de que los gráficos son muy bonitos, tampoco son los mejores gráficos del mundo, pero visualmente si es un juego bastante atractivo. Los efectos al atacar con el arco, los efectos al utilizar una reliquia, los efectos de los jefes, todo eso luce impecable, super smooth. Si conoces algún juego que luzca de esta forma, házmelo saber, necesito jugarlo. Nuestros personajes también se pierden muchas veces entre tantos destellos y partÃculas, tÃpico de juegos de rol.
¿Es necesario una buena computadora para poder jugarlo? Si. Necesitas un ordenador medianamente decente para poder disfrutar de él. En sà el juego no tiene nada que sea del otro mundo, pero creo que Jean y yo hemos notado que las mazmorras se generan al azar, al menos es lo que parece, asà que tanto los objetos como la generación de monstruos, de alguna forma demandan un computador con al menos 8gb de ram y una gpu de más de 3gb en vram, aunque se puede jugar perfectamente con 2gb vram(asà como yo, es totalmente disfrutable, incluso con menos). Estoy seguro de que si en algún momento llegas a jugarlo y te gusta lo minimalista, probablemente el aspecto visual de este juego te enamore totalmente. 8/10 a esta sección.
He hecho algunos gameplays para 3speak en donde comento varias cosas, estos gameplays siempre los hago con el sonido del juego en bajo, pero luego fuera de cámara subo el volumen a tope. Tengo que decir que la música que tiene es este juego, como siempre 10/10. Además los sonidos y la ambientación están muy bien elaborados. Hay un mapa que es una especie de cementerio, en ese mapa puedes escuchar a toda la naturaleza, el bosque, los búhos, gemidos de una mujer(creo que es un fantasma), todos esos sonidos son escalofriantes. A pesar de que el juego en sà no produce nada de miedo, esos sonidos estarÃan perfectos en un juego de terror.
La banda sonora de este juego podrÃa incluso estar en una pelÃcula, es preciosa. Una de las cosas que me encantó de la versión que compré en Steam, es que posee casi 9gb con todos los sonidos y canciones que se han utilizado en todo el juego, más de 200 sonidos que puedo disfrutar mientras estoy trabajando o buscando un momento para relajarme. Dentro del juego todos estos sonidos acompañan perfectamente cada uno de los niveles que recorres, simplemente épico. Te dejaré una playlist con estas canciones para que tengas una idea de lo que hablo.
Creo que a este punto solo me quedan un par de cosas que decir. Una de las cosas que más me inquieta de este juego: su precio. Es un juego bastante costoso y más si adquieres la última edición asà como yo lo hice. Obviamente cada quien es libre de comprarlo o no, pero no estarÃa mal que fuese un poco más barato. Tampoco quiero que me malinterpreten, el juego vale lo que vale. Espero que hayas llegado hasta aquÃ, que realmente hayas disfrutado este post tanto como yo disfruté hacerlo. Quise esforzarme un poco más, asà como solÃa hacerlo antes, estoy 100% seguro que mis post eran mucho mejores antes. Pronto se vienen muchos gameplays a mi canal de 3speak, asà que prepárate para apoyarme. Sin más, nos vemos mis boomers!

You have to play it, it's probably not as epic as God Of War, but it's not bad for hanging out and relaxing. Probably when I become a parent in the future, I'll play Minecraft Dungeons with my kids. 🤓
I've always wanted to try this game, although people labeling it as "Diablo-lite" has somewhat deterred me. Probably will pick it up if it goes on sale!

en si los minecfaft son todos cuadrados por asà decirlo, pero en mi tablet solo corre el 1.17. mi tablet no tiene las firmas asà que no puedo jugar nada de playstory.
A primera vista el juego no gusta, pero una vez que lo juegas, es muy entretenido y la adicción te atrapa el alma.

El juego es muy llamativo para nosotros que armamos Minecraft, y si es una manera de salir de lo clásico (construir o sobrevivir) yo hace tiempo traté de jugar fue "Story Mode" pero este se ve muchÃsimo mejor, incluso en gráficos que como dices no son los más bonito peros si están bien atractivos.
Asà es, es otra forma de ver al Minecraft. Construir y sobrevivir no es nada malo, pero a veces cansa un poco. Asà que existe este juego como alternativa si el universo de Minecraft te gusta. Gracias por comentar.

Como alguien que ha tenido altos y bajos con Minecraft, pero que a dÃa de hoy es un juego que me encanta y respeto mucho, cuando anunciaron Dungeons y ahora viendo los posts que le hacen al juego simplemente tengo demasiadas ganas de jugarlo,quizása futuro en la Series S,quien sabe, esas dificultades altas me llaman la atención,mucha suerte en sus aventuras dude.

Aunque no he llegado a jugarlo demasiado, el juego me gustó y sorprendió demasiado, aunque me hubiera gustado poder tener el nivel suficiente para ir los 3 juntos. Pero tengo que admitir que jugarlo solo sà que no me ha cautivado, lo intenté una vez y me aburrà un poco, supongo que porque ya me habÃa acostumbrado a jugar con Jean y luego contigo. Pero dentro de todo, MC Dungueons demostró ser un gran juego, al menos para mÃ, lo que me hace pensar en cómo pasó tan desaparcibido luego de todo. Si no fuera por ustedes, nunca en mi vida habrÃa visto a alguien jugar a ese juego. Por cierto, el post te quedó brutal.
