Banned 7 days from CSGO, my experience. // Baneado 7 días de CSGO, mi experiencia. (ENG/ESP)

➤ My life stopped being the same specifically 3 days ago, when unfairly the crappy CSGO system ended up banning me because of a troll. And that's what my post today is about, talking about how horrible this system is and also curious facts about how the games work outside the official CSGO matchmaking, since it was my only way to play while I was banned. They ruined what I loved the most, my only vice until now, and I can't play well with my friends anymore and I don't know what to do in between my days, I hate you CSGO. But now, let's get started!

➤ The story of my ban started the day I was bored, it was 10am and the guys were still asleep and I felt like playing CSGO because I wanted to try new things I had seen in pro videos, and here I realized it was my biggest mistake. Playing CSGO with random people is in 60% of the cases, THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO. Either the game will hate you and in your team there will always be people who are super bad, toxic, don't know what to do with their lives and won't help in anything, or in the worst case there will be cheaters or what I hate the most, the trolls, coincidentally what happened to me. The game was going normal until I started using the molotovs, and one of my teammates always stood on top of the fire I was throwing and got all his life down, something that the game counts as if I was hurting him and the game was starting to warn me that I was going to be banned, so I stopped using grenades in the whole game. AS IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH, THE GUY STARTED TO STAND IN FRONT OF ME CONSTANTLY WHEN I SHOT SO I WOULD SHOOT HIM, I tried my best not to hit him, but this didn't work for long and I accidentally ended up shooting him and boom, banned for 7 days.

➤ The truth is that it seemed to me a very unfair shit, but you know what is even more unfair? That you have no right to complain. If you look on the same Steam page they tell you that no type of ban is appealable or reducible, unless it is a strictly system failure, even so I wanted to try my luck and contacted Steam support and the answer I received was basically a "we'll call you later" like when you go looking for a job in a company. I was told they would look into it and it's been 3 days and I'm still banned. The CSGO ban system literally sucks, you can make a thousand reports a day about cheaters and they will never be banned, but don't let a troll come to a game and get on your molotov because you will be banned automatically. And the worst thing is that nobody takes care of this. And now as I'm banned for all these days I can't do my amazing plays like the one I'm going to show.... or can I?

➤ To satiate my CSGO hunger I had to turn to the famous private servers, competitive servers outside the official mathmaking being one of them Faceit, which is practically the most known and prominent. It was my only way to continue playing competitively as this is not affected by the ban of the game as it only applies to official games, the difference is that in the private servers we can not get rank in the game, nor level up, or rewards. But why do these servers exist? At the time by the huge amount of hackers that the game had before the prime was necessary, and also for people looking for much more competitiveness and difficulty in the games. And on the other hand, for people like me who were unjustly banned. But coming to these places was also a big mistake.

➤ Most of the people who are in these servers are those who are looking for much more difficulty and competitiveness, people who have already reached very high ranks in the official matchmaking and come to these places to wreck, especially because here the balance is practically nonexistent. Playing together with @gabrielserra and @therealflaws, all 3 with newly created accounts on faceit and with several defeats already in between, we were matched with people who had even up to 5000 hours in csgo, do you know how much time that is? Even I don't have that many hours in CS1.6. We've even been matched up with elite globals and people who play incredibly abysmal, that we can practically do nothing and are useless in these games, so it's just been defeat after defeat. I don't know what's worse at this point. Just look at this losing record.

➤ We also tried another private server called Gamers Club and in this one let's say that there is much more balance, there are not so expert people but there is a big problem, and they are the servers. There is practically only availability for Brazilian and Argentinian servers, and for us it was impossible to play with even up to 200ms. Apart from also having quite a lot of toxic people although even in faceit happens and also in the official matchmaking, but coincidentally in the official one I think I have found nicer people. In the end these private servers are dedicated for when you are already a great player and I really don't recommend them at all if you are just starting or you haven't been playing for too long, or you are in silver 2 like us.

➤ My experience during these 7 days banned the truth is that it has been terrible, everything has gone from bad to worse trying to play outside the official matchmaking, so I have no choice but to endure the remaining days because Steam support so far has done nothing. ➤ Mi vida dejó de ser la misma específicamente hace 3 días, cuando injustamente el sistema asqueroso de CSGO me terminó baneando por culpa de un troll. Y a eso es lo que viene mi post de hoy, hablar de lo horrible que está este sistema y también datos curiosos sobre como funcionan las partidas fuera del matchmaking oficial de CSGO, ya que era mi única forma de jugar mientras me encontraba baneado. Arruinaron lo que más quería, mi único vicio hasta ahora, y ya no puedo jugar bien con mis amigos y no sé qué hacer entre mis días, te odio CSGO. Pero ahora, comencemos!

➤ La historia de mi baneo comenzó el día que estaba aburrido, eran las 10am y los muchachos aún estaban dormidos y yo tenía ganas de jugar CSGO por querer probar cosas nuevas que había visto en videos de profesionales, y aquí me di cuenta que fue mi mayor error. Jugar CSGO con gente random es en el 60% de los casos, LO PEOR QUE PUEDEN HACER. O el juego te odiará y en tu equipo siempre pondrá personas que son súper malas, tóxicas, no saben que hacer con su vida y no ayudarán en nada, o en el peor de los casos habrán cheaters o si no lo que más odio, los trolls, casualmente lo que me ocurrió. La partida iba normal hasta que comencé a usar las molotovs, y uno de mis compañeros siempre se colocaba encima del fuego que tiraba y se bajaba toda la vida, algo que el juego cuenta como si yo le hiciera daño y el juego estaba comenzando a avisarme de que me iban a banear, así que dejé de usar granadas en toda la partida. COMO SI ESO NO FUERA SUFICIENTE, EL TIPO COMENZÓ A PONERSE EN FRENTE DE MÍ CONSTANTEMENTE CUANDO YO DISPARABA PARA QUE ASÍ LE PEGARA LOS TIROS, yo como podía intentaba no pegarle, pero esto no me funcionó mucho rato y accidentalmente terminé dándole un tiro y boom, baneado 7 días.

➤ La verdad es que me pareció una mierda demasiado injusta, pero saben qué es más injusto aún? Que no tienes derecho a reclamar. Si buscas en la misma página de Steam te dicen que ningún tipo de baneo es apelable ni reducible, a menos que sea un fallo estrictamente del sistema, aún así yo quise probar suerte y contacté con el soporte de Steam y la respuesta que recibí fue básicamente un "te llamamos más tarde" como cuando vas en busca de un trabajo en una empresa. Me dijeron que lo analizarían y han pasado 3 días y sigo baneado. El sistema de baneos de CSGO literalmente es un asco, puedes hacer mil reportes al día sobre cheaters y nunca serán baneados, pero que no venga un troll a una partida que se ponga en tu molotov porque te vas baneado automáticamente. Y lo peor es que nadie se hace cargo de esto. Y ahora como estoy baneado durante todos estos días no puedo hacer mis jugadas increíbles como la que voy a mostrar... ¿o sí?

➤ Para saciar mi hambre de CSGO me tocó acudir a los famosos servidores privados, servidores competitivos fuera del mathmaking oficial siendo uno de ellos Faceit, que es prácticamente el más conocido y destacado. Era mi única forma de seguir jugando competitivo ya que esto no se ve afectado por el ban del juego ya que solo aplica en las partidas oficiales, la diferencia es que en los servidores privados no podremos obtener rango dentro del juego, tampoco subir de nivel, ni recompensas. ¿Pero por qué existen estos servidores? En su momento por la cantidad inmensa de hackers que el juego tenía antes de que el prime fuera necesario, y también por gente que busca muchísima más competitividad y dificultad en las partidas. Y por otro lado, para personas como yo que fuimos baneados injustamente. Pero venir a estos lugares también fue un gran error.

➤ La mayoría de las personas que están en estos servidores son aquellos que buscan mucha más dificultad y competitividad, gente que ya ha llegado a rangos muy altos en el matchmaking oficial y vienen a estos lugares a hacer destrozos, sobre todo porque aquí el balance es prácticamente inexistente. Jugando junto a @gabrielserra y @therealflaws, los 3 con cuentas recién creadas en faceit y con varias derrotas ya de por medio, nos emparejaban con gente que tenía incluso hasta 5000 horas en csgo, ¿ustedes saben la cantidad de tiempo que es eso? Ni yo en el CS1.6 tengo tantas horas. Incluso nos han emparejado con globals elite y con gente que juega de una forma increíblemente abismal, que prácticamente no podemos hacer nada y somos inútiles en estas partidas, así que solo han sido derrota tras derrota. No sé qué es peor en este punto. Solo miren este historial de derrotas.

➤ También probamos otro servidor privado llamado Gamers Club y en este digamos que hay mucho más balance, no sale gente tan experta pero hay un gran problema, y son los servidores. Prácticamente solo hay disponibilidad para servidores brasileños y argentinos, y para nosotros era imposible jugar con incluso hasta 200ms. Aparte de también haber bastante gente tóxica aunque incluso en faceit pasa y también en el matchmaking oficial, pero casualmente en el oficial creo que he encontrado a gente más agradable. Al final estos servidores privados están dedicados para cuando ya seas un gran jugador y de verdad que no los recomiendo para absolutamente nada si recién estás empezando o aún no llevas demasiado tiempo, o estás en plata 2 como nosotros.

➤ Mi experiencia durante estos 7 días baneado la verdad es que ha sido terrible, todo ha ido de mal en peor intentando jugar fuera del matchmaking oficial, así que no me queda de otra que aguantar los días que faltan porque el soporte de Steam hasta ahora no ha hecho nada. El resumen de todo esto, intenten ser lo más cuidadoso posible con los bans en csgo si no quieren terminar como yo.
