Outskirts of Prague ( 4 photos ) / Okraj Prahy (4 fotky )

Yesterday I got after more than a week out to the woods, but there were so many people that I was disgusted and closed again at home. Looking out the window I noticed a snow shower, so I tried to capture it with a telephoto lens from my window.

Včera jsem se více než týdnu dostal dostal ven do lesa, ale bylo zde tolik lidí že jsem byl zhnusen a zase jsem se zavřel doma. Při pohledu z okna jsem si všiml sněhové přeháňky a tak jsem se ji pokusil zachytit pomocí teleobjktivu z mého okna.

The forecast was to be a nice colorful sunset when it did, so I originally went out. So I left the camera in the same place and did something on the computer. In an hour and a half I caught this.

Podle předpovědi měl být hezky barevný západ slunce když se zadaří, proto jsem původně vyrazil ven. A tak jsem nechal fotoaparát na stejném místě a dělal něco na počítači. Za hodinu a půl jsem zachytil toto.

When I had two photos, I thought why not catch the third in the starting blue hour.

Když už jsem měl dvě fotografie, tak jsem si řekl proč nezachytit i třetí v začínajicí modré hodině.

In the end, one photograph turned into a 4-part series, she actually was a 5-part series, but the fifth picture from the dark blue clock is full of light reflections and doesn't look nice.

Nakonec z jedné fotografie vznikla 4 dílná série, ona vlastně byla 5 dílná, ale pátý snímek z temně modré hodiny je plný odrazů světla a nevypadá hezky.

If you are at home and have the time. Try to capture the view from your window and take a series of pictures. It will certainly help you to perceive how light changes at different times of the day and you will become a better photographer. Now is the perfect time to learn new things you didn't have time for.
