Patda Sindi: Brings Christmas Memories Back

The nostalgia of a good childhood memory comes back when I see this specific kind of lights. The colorful lights with big bulbs that did not blink but are still cool back then. Come to think of it these are the ones that I prefer. The warm glow and the limited number of colors they come in that is what makes them beautiful in my opinion plus the fact that they bring me good old memories. Seldom do I see one nowadays because LED lights are in.

So, I made this drawing to remind me of that fond memory of Christmas. This is our old window it is an approximation but I tried to remember all the details and colors. Sky blue wooden window decorated with these old lights. The dark green wiring very old I must say. And the glow I love how they seemed like glowing embers in the dark but with nice limited colors. Back when the days are pretty laid back and life is simple.
