Nightmare in Pavilion

We went hotel to take a rest after the dinner in Madam Kwan's, we saw a Avenue K shopping mall while we were on the way back to the hotel, as said, AK is the initial of my wife and my name, so it was special to us, yeah.

Both my wife and I went to bed quite early after walking on the street for whole day, we planned to get up earlier and go out to continue our trip, it's good to take a rest earlier, huh.

unfortunately we got up much later than we expected, I planned to get up at 8 am something, ended up we got up at 9:30, anyway, it's not too bad as long as we were not sleeping till noon.

We first went to Lot 10 for our brunch, yeah, this was what my wife told me that it was another high rated place for visitors. It was not too far away from our hotel to Lot 10, it took us about 15 minutes to get there. Before get inside the Lot 10, of course we did take some picture on the street first.

Sounds we didn't have to wake up too early, looks like the shops were just opened when we arrived, what a perfect timing. Then we started to see what should we order for our brunch.

I remember I ordered a beef brisket noodle but ended they gave me a Cha Siu noodle, em...a bit pissed off but my wife comforted me that we are traveling, just let it be, ok, always listen to my wife is good. I couldn't remember which noodle my wife ordered, it looks a pork noodle, maybe... Their pepper soup with fish ball was nice, not spicy huh, my wife took a chicken claw soup...em...I am good on it...thank you...

Since I met a girl who is living in KL on the blockchain apps before, therefore I just tried my luck to see if she can make it to meet that day, lucky us, she could make it, so we were going to meet each other inside the Pavilion Mall, on the way we did take another series of the pictures of course, but we couldn't realized that there was a nightmare waiting for us, my wife's bracelet was being stolen while we cross the road...how terrible was it, and she of course went very upset...and I didn't know how to comfort her suddenly...

Wah.. such a nightmare.. yea.. have to be careful in Malaysia. Especially if the locals there know that your not a local. Even I am not local in that part of Malaysia. Ur wife wore a gold bracelet? This must have been a really bad trip for u.

it wasn't a gold bracelet, silver one maybe, I couldn't remember very well, it still worth about RM 1000

Oh I am sorry to know that the bracelet of your wife was stolen. That's so sad part of the trip.
I remember when I was new here in Cebu, my silver necklace was snatched while the jeep I am riding stops. Now, I am not wearing jewelry anymore. 😀

If doesn’t matter anymore, I earn more than the bracelet since I join the blockchain platform😅 all I wanted is the border opening now

Oh gosh I am so sorry that you had a bad experience at Pavilion KL! Did you make a police report?? When and exactly where did it happen? Was it at the main entrance during shopping? As I noticed yesterday KL actually had a major lockdown due to protest so I hope you guys were not stuck in the midst of troublemakers who decided to rob as well 😞

No we didn’t, sorry to confuse 😅 it was in 2020 not present, so it’s ok, no worry on the lockdown

There is nothing that will ruin your day quite like theft. years ago my house was broken into while I was out and it took me a while to get over that. I've been overly preoccupied with security ever since that day. I don't like that we can't trust people in society but that is the way of the world.

I've never been robbed like this before though. Did the thief pull it off her wrist and run or were they so good at it that she didn't even notice?

yes you're right, our day didn't ruin, she just gone upset for a while, I should take responsibility on that to be honest, in the past I always keep my eyes on my wife to make sure nobody gets close to her, this time I was slack off so the thief made it.

We didn't even notice that actually, we have no idea when did the thief stole the bracelet

無論是在哪一個國家,出門旅游不帶金器。過關也麻煩。失去了也沒有辦法,祈求以後得到更大的祝福。就是這種人給馬國打造了坏形象。
