Home workout day

It's been awhile since I commit to do home workout. I remember the last time I did, I still had my Vibram Fivefingers KSO-EVO, it's one of my favorite in door workout shoe. I've been giving myself too much excuse for not working out after the KSO broke apart and I couldn't get one indoor shoe now.

I mean, what the heck. Not like I'm a professional, if I don't have a proper shoe will it make any difference? I guess the only difference will be, whether I'm lazy or not. Wake up early in the morning, settled some of my "jobs" in #drugwars had some fun and a few little chat with my Oz game friend Gustav and off I hit the start button. I don't have any workout photo for you, but I'll leave you use your imagination. Someone who has been slacking on workout(don't get me wrong, I still go to park and do some interval running during the weekend, I just didn't do any physical training) for a year now, doing 20 lunges 3 sets. Lemme tell you, until now I couldn't decide whether should I sit here and compile this post or stand. I wish there's anything in between so I won't hurt my already muscle pain butt now!

Ok! Don't laugh at the brain noodle, but this one does taste a lot better than the other brain I show you the other day. This one came with meat balls as well, not much but they're quite tasty.

I think my mentality needed a little tweak, I feel alot healthier after the workout, so lunch I went to McDonald's and got myself a BigMac meal. I didn't want the softdrinks because I know they're not healthy, instead I paid extra 1.6 to upgrade to Milo(which it claims to be healthier, but I will leave that discussion on the next unrelated topic). Oh and I only took 5 stick of the fries. The rest went straight to the dump. I'll remember to NOT order the fries since it's a set meal.

I was actually struggling to decide whether to buy dinner or not, and finally decided to buy because after 8pm nobody is going to sell any food for us. Better be "full" than "hungry".

I got myself a plate of sweet and sour chicken, and home minister gets her assam tofu dish with white rice. Not the healthiest, but at least it's something less fast food in my dictionary.

I'm going to 3D print a bowl, mail it to you, and have you put food in it and mail it back..

Even if you are not exercising a lot, you are busy a lot so your body needs the nourishment.
