Walk with us in the Minecraft World
It's an awesome afternoon today. Me and my youngest girl had a great time in the Minecraft World. My three girls joined a Minecraft challenge a few months back. They are one of the four teams representing their school. I thought it's just an inter-school challenge all this while. But to my surprise, it's actually an international event where there are participants from Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines.
Screenshot from the trailer of the awards and closing ceremony.
Here's the trailer.
And here's the whole video of the award and closing ceremony.
Ok, earlier I said me and my youngest girl were enjoying ourselves in the Minecraft World, so what happen to my two elder girls? Well, they were busy attending the online leadership camp.
This award and closing ceremony was really super cool. We were connected to Discord voice channel and logged into our Minecraft account and joined the organizer's server. The ceremony was held virtually. VIPs and finalists and the organising crew, we all attended in our Minecraft form. Everything is super cool.
We got to wander around in the world to check out the beautiful buildings. All the buildings are built based on the Malaysia Independence Day theme.
Here are some of the selfie taken by my girl.
We really have had a great time. Well done to the organizing team for the awesome work and good support. And congrats to all the winners too! All the buildings are really really amazingly built!
A cool walk we had and BIG SMILE on our faces.
Thanks to Justin (@ justinparke), you gave me an idea, maybe I can add a Malay word in every post. Then everyone can learn a new language.
