Yes... A great WALK and SMILE post you have there! The elevated rubbish collected is a cool invention... But just wondering will it be collecting the rain water as well?

Thanks @elizacheng. There are holes in the bottoms of the trash bag posts, so the posts don't collect water. However, if you tie your trashbags lazily, yes rainwater will collect inside your bags making them heavy trash bombs, not ideal.
