Renting out rooms

Hi.. all my wonderful friends.. Happy Wednesday to all of you. Today is my rest day. This year I've been so busy, and one of the things I have been busy with is the house I bought last year.

In a couple of weeks, I am visiting Hong Kong. Can't wait. It is a couple of weeks from now. The last time I flew abroad and on an airplane was 10 months ago. Wow. Time sure flies.

This is the washroom on the second floor.

I usually love to keep the toilets clean. Usually, I go to the house and clean the toilets and sweep the floors too. Just to make sure that everything is in good condition.

The floors need a bit of cleaning as well as the toilet bowl. It is slightly dark inside. Usually, I pour some bleach and use my handy brush to brush. I love washing the toilet. The best place to sit there and enjoy the morning before heading out to work.

This is what she has on the second floor, outside in the main public area. She knits flowers and sells them.

I painted the floors and the doors too. It took a couple of coats to make sure that they were in the best condition.

There are four rooms that have air conditioners, and all of them have meters. There are five rooms in total.

The reason why I installed the meter at the air conditioning part is that the most expensive part of the electricity is usually the air conditioning system running. There are two tenants staying in this house at the moment. Sometimes, I am like the government, having to make sure that everything balances well in the house. I have also installed CCTVs all over the house in public areas to make sure that in case of any disputes, there is video proof.

I have some aquatic plants inside the small tank just to make sure that they have enough oxygen.

After a long day, the best thing is just to enjoy looking at the fishes swim.

My hamster is having a bath. A sand bath. The best thing that it enjoys.

This is the house it sleeps in. I usually clear out all its bedding and clean its poop every fortnight. A little one sleeps so well.

Guinea Pigs. I am on my way to get some guinea pigs, so I went and checked out this pair. But, they were a bit too expensive so I had to look for other places to see if anyone sold them for a more reasonable price.

After all that, it was time to head to the park with my lovely wife. Usually, I spend an hour jogging here just to roughly keep in shape. To make sure that I can still work hard.
