WEIRD DREAMS: Attending A Concert and Encountering Giants

Since I've talked about dreams the other day, I suddenly remembered my fun and scary dreams. I thought maybe I should share it here so I won't forget them someday too. 😌

A few days ago, I had this dream that I have finally attended a Babymetal show, held at a university near our home. I was so happy that I bought the most expensive ticket since I will no longer have to spend for fare and accommodation. The show begins late afternoon and since it was near, I took a nap. My plan was to wake up a few minutes before to the show so I'd have more energy throughout the night. However, I over slept and woke up just when the show began. The song Gimme Chocolate began to play so I hurriedly ran out from the house then straight to the school's gymnasium. When I reach the venue, I realized the band on the stage was different. The song was different as well. I didn't know it was a music festival. Lol. I went out of the gymnasium and followed the sound where Gimme Chocolate is playing. I walked fast towards the sound and successfully found the band and the crowd at an open area on the other side of the school.

There were not much crowd and you can go near the artists which was very awesome. Most of the people in the crowd were men so I stood outside for awhile to look for women. Lol. When I spotted some, I went to them and enjoyed the show with the female fans. (I probably dreamed of Babymetal because of drawing a comic about them.) 😆

If you think that dream is sad because I nearly missed one song, here's a more unfortunate concert experience in my dream. I was at a huge concert venue with friends while some staff at the lobby were selling tickets of Paramore. They said the show will begin in a few hours. I was surprised by how cheap the tickets were and so I bought a front seat ticket which only costs around 50 USD. We went inside the venue and sat on our seats. However, the show didn't begin at the time it was scheduled. We waited for minutes and hours more but no one appeared at the stage. Then someone finally announced that the show will get delayed because the plane where artist and staffs are in was delayed due to bad weather. And since the weather was really bad, there might be a chance for a show cancellation. I decided to go home to my province after waiting for a few more minutes. Then when I was almost at home, I read a news that the show is resuming. I hurriedly went back to the venue with my friends but the show was already over when we got there. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Now, to the scary dreams! One of my nightmares always involves the giants from the show Attack on Titan. My recent dream of these giants were two titans peeking from the bedroom window. I quickly dove to the floor from the bed so they couldn't see me. 😂 There was another lady on the bed (I don't know who she was) who stayed still hoping the titans would shrug her but she was attacked and killed. There's also a dream when I hear a loud siren signaling that a titan is nearby. Loud footsteps could be heard at the surroundings. I know I'm scared of the monsters and can't kill them so it makes me wonder why I changed my clothes to a uniform of the survey corps. 😆 I also wore the 3d maneuver gear and held each of the two swords tightly on my hands while waiting for a titan to wreck and barge in the house. My dream ended when a titan lifted the roof exposing me to the giant monster.

And speaking of giants, I have also dreamed of King Kong. He was wreaking havoc from a nearby city based from the updates on the television but then he ran away and is now going towards our town. We were so scared and felt so vulnerable at the same time. We don't know if the giant gorilla would come and attack our area or our home might get stepped on. We are so afraid to go out and only peeked outside through the window blinds. After some time, we heard huge steps from afar. The ground was shaking a bit like there's an earthquake. It was dusk and the whole town was quiet and so we clearly heard when King Kong growled. It was deafening sending shivers down our spine. We only felt relieved when we heard his steps moving away from our direction.

Anything is really possible in a dream, isn't it? They're not real but it feels like they are.
