Mom Everywhere - Weekend Shopping Spree 🛍️🥘🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️

Hello everyone 👧. Usually near or before the festive season in Malaysia, many sales discount deals offer by the seller from various of shops. Left 2 more weeks for Chinese New Year celebration, I, @butwo and my Mom went outing together for shopping. 👩👧👦

We don’t plan to do last minutes shopping as the business centre will be crowded with people and my family need to do house spring cleaning 🏚️before the day of Chinese New Year celebration🏮.

Brunch🍽️ and shopping 🛍️ at Damai Plaza Kota Kinabalu

We having our brunch around 11.00am at Damai Plaza, Kota Kinabalu. We went to a Chinese's restaurant that serve not only Chinese's food but they also serve Malay food, Nasi Lemak but with pork meat 🐷.

The restaurant also got sell Chinese New Year's snack such as cookies/biscuits and bakkwa (Chinese salty sweet dry meat) for family or guests to eat it.

From the left of the pictures 😋,

1. For my Mom - Curry mee with roasted pork meat, dumpling and dry tofu
2. For me - Wantan hor with roaster pork meat (Flat rice noodles with egg gravvy)
3. For @butwo - Nasi lemak with roasted pork meat and curry sauce.

Next we went to 101 Megastore to search for cheap clothing and shoe.

My Mom search pants for herself and my dad whereas me find my own clothing for myself and @butwo. Last year, we did not managed to do shopping for new clothing due to the pandemic and lockdown. Now we bought quite a lot of new pants. 🛍️

We did not found any new shirts 👕 or shoes 👠 that suit us at this area. Since the day still early and I suggested that go to another shopping mall. This make my Mom face looks more happy that I imagine that she shout Yay! loudly.

My Mom is a housewife currently and anything related with outing or travelling will make her very happy 😁.

Before we left to the next location, we plan to make order for takeaway at one of the famous dessert's stall at this area. We did not buy it as too many customers and the queue too long. 😅

On the way to the parking lots, my Mom managed to buy some fruits, fengshui plant, and kuih pisang (banana fritters). I bought 2 herbal drinks and a Panda Soya drink for us to drink it inside the car.

We did not forget to try our luck to buy 4 digits lotto or number lottery before go inside the car. My Mom insists to hold the fengshui plant while buying the lottery hoping to get some fengshui from the plant for winning jackpot 😂.

Next Shopping Spot - Karamunsing Shopping Mall 🛍️

As usual, my Mom leading to the shopping mall's entrance. However, she walks too fast from the parking lots to the mall that I and @butwo need to jog to chase her in order not lost sight on her 🏃‍♀️🏃.

I want to buy new shoe to replace my worn-out shoe for work. My Mom helps me to search it inside the mall.

Many buy 1 free 1 offer in this mall, I bought this type of casual sandal which me and my Mom like it. I bought it grey colour for my Mom and purplish pink colour for myself. 👡👡

@butwo helps us hold our shopping bags while waiting outside the store. He search for chair/bench to rest whereas me and my Mom continue shopping at another shop. 😒

I and my Mom went inside to a shop that sell household and miscellaneous items, Familia superstore.

I only look at the model of the lego toys but I did not buy it. I still got 2 more boxes of lego toy with 1000+ puzzle blocks not yet done. Maybe I will work on it out during my holiday if I got the time 😕.

I bought this hardcover file for my work's stationery as I found out this file price cheaper compared to the price offered from the stationery's shop outside the mall.

My Mom bought garbage bag and face masks for home daily use.

Done shopping and enjoy the snack🍡 at home🏠

We back home around 5.00pm. I think I need to do more exercise to build up my stamina as only 7 hours of walking, my leg feel no more energy to walk more.

These were the items I bought for myself. Uku Chan (my dog) and Otel (my cat) looking and smelling at the items.

I did not forget to buy snacks , takoyaki (octopus balls) for my family before back to home.

Now my Mom resting on her favorite chair watching television and eating the takoyaki.
