Is it time?
No, it is not the time yet for the trees to bloom. Though last year I did see some starting to open the flowers in mid January. The weather is crazy enough to make them think it is time, even though they should be waiting for a few more months.
Those were shot in Poland in our orchards. Apple trees have one of the loveliest flowers with large, blushed petals and pleasant fragrance.
Much smaller bloom from a cherry tree. We have few of those and when they start losing petals on windy days it looks like it is snowing!
The few trees always gave us so many fruits we could make enough cherry liquor to survive the long and cold Polish winters.
A pure necessity :)
And lastly pinky peach blooms.
Because what would be a garden without a peach tree?
Best fruits eater right from the tree when they are still not fully mature. Sweet, but crunchy.

.... sweet but crunchy ... I love it when the juice flows on my fingers ... sweet and tender :-)
I don't like sticky fingers :p
I have the same with pears. I like them mature, but crunchy.
I also don't like sticky fingers, but I really like tender juicy pulp :D
anti-sanction apples.
Putin banned the import of Polish apples in 2014.
And the price of "Russian" apples from China immediately rose in price.
I remember how the "patriots" with foam at the mouth argued about the good of this decree.
They still prove that Russia began to develop in the conditions of anti-sanctions. Fools.
And the Polish apples immediately dropped in price and Apple growers didn't know what to do with them.
The solution was - make cider! :)
Funny how the drink got popular after that.
How much do apples cost you?
we have about 1.3€-2€ per kilogram.
The minimum subsistence level is slightly less than 140€.
