Coffee Roaster Monomad Level

Hello friend Hive, I'm trying to take the monomad challenge using the camera that is in my pocket.

The results are not very good, and I would like to know how you comment on this portrait.

I work as a coffee roaster, coffee is a business that I am now in. Aiming at developing a business for the future of my children.

I use a William coffee machine, the W6000 series with a capacity of 6 kilograms.

With good roasting results this machine is a recommendation for beginners. And now the business is showing good progress.
