MonoMad - Roses of velvet

This is my entry for today's MonoMad, initiated by @brumest and @ewkaw.
Roses are stunning and it's a real challenge to take good photos of them. Well, first time you see only the color, than you realize they have a very complex form. After that, the focus is on the play of light and shadow.
