A partire dal fork in tutti noi c'è stato un grande slancio e un grande flame attorno ad Hive. a più di sei mesi dalla sua nascita non possiamo non farci qualche domanda su come stia andando, non solo la blockchain e il blog, ma anche la valuta Hive.

Sebbene le prospettive a molti di noi sembrassero ottime all'inizio, non si può che constatare che il valore di Hive è in continuo pressochè costante calo praticamente dalla sua nascita e ha, da qualche giorno, sfondato la soglia psicologica dei 1000 satoshi.

Non è difficile prevedere che tra qualche giorno o, al massimo, tra qualche settimana si troverà anche al di sotto della soglia del decimo di dollaro.

Dal suo massimo, in soli sei mesi ha perso quasi il 90% del suo valore e, negli ultimi tre mesi, ha segnato un -26%.

Non si può non fare un parallelo con Steem, anche il papà di Hive non se la passa benissimo e le due valute hanno viaggiato abbastanza in parallelo, malgrado tutto comunque Steem riesce a fare un pochino meglio di Hive un po' su tutti i fronti e sembra essere sostanzialmente la meno peggio delle due monete.

Sinceramente non sono sicuro dei reali motivi di questo continuo calo, l'impressione è che moltissime balene siano in costante power down e svendita sui mercati, ma potrei sbagliarmi, bisognerebbe fare una deep analisi dei flussi di power up/down per capirci qualcosa.

Il dato di fatto è che i wallet di noi piccolini che abbiamo creduto in Hive, abbiamo venduto Steem e comprato Hive, si sono ridotti al lumicino.
