Yesterday came news that all Splinterlands players have been waiting for a long time.

Splinterlands is finally downloadable and installable from Google Play Store.

I learned the news after reading yesterday's post published by @claudio83 and I immediately went looking for my favorite game on Hive inside the PlayStore app on my smartphone :)

The app is very light, in fact it weighs only 2.46 MB.
The rating is very good even if the reviews are still only 10.
Tonight I will also write my review to help keep the game score high.

Due to the low weight of the Splinterlands app the installation process took only a few seconds.

Now the Splinterlands app icon is in great company next to the icons of Ecency, PeakD and Actifit :)

Why is it so important that Splinterlands is on the Play Store?

It is very important because a game like Splinterlands represents an additional and attractive gateway for new users to our beloved world of Hive.

Even before you could play Splinterlands from your smartphone but you had to save the link to access the mobile version and click on the link every time you wanted to play a battle.
In short, the process even if not complicated was not as easy as the applications available on Play Store.

Now I have a new arrow in my bow to convince people harnessed by the chains of centralization to break the chains and enter the decentralized and free world of Hive.

The second chance for Splinterlands players to buy new Plots is also coming up.
I have bought three plots and have not yet decided whether to use my DEC tokens to buy more plots.
In stage 1 all 30000 available plots have been sold and the last 3000 have been sold in a flash time of only 21 seconds.
This time I think there will be more time available for buyers.

At the moment there are 3416 plots available.

DEC Tokens are the non-functional tokens of the Splinterlands game.

Today 1 DEC has the value of 0.00640 HIVE

Buying a plot with DECs is much more convenient than using other methods of purchase.

In fact who will buy a plot with credits or paypal will spend 12 $.
Who will buy a plot using DEC will spend 12000 DEC.

Today November 25, 2020 the value of 1 HIVE is 0.142$.

12000 DEC is equivalent to 76.80 HIVE and 10.91 $.

Buying a plot using DECs is equivalent to saving 1.09 $

Those who read my posts know that I consider Splinterlands a great investment and so far the numbers have proved me right.
But Splinterlands is also a fun game as it is fun to complete the daily mission that requires you to win a certain number of battles using the summoners of a certain element.

So I conclude this post with the story of my last daily mission and its reward.

My Daily Mission

Splinterlands today required me to win three battles without using the neutral element cards.

There are many strong cards belonging to the neutral element and often it is not easy to complete the mission in a short time especially if you play in the most advanced leagues of Splinterlands.

This time I am very good and complete the mission after only 3 battles and 3 victories.

And here is the reward I got for completing the daily mission.

The reward was not very good:

• 1 rare card (value 0.055 $)
• 3 potions
• 46 DEC (value 0.04 $)

The total value of the reward is 0.095 $

I have not been lucky but, after 13 months of playing on Splinterlands, I know that sooner or later the good rewards will come ;)

Ciao amici e giocatori di Splinterlands,
ieri è arrivata una notizia che tutti i giocatori di Splinterlands aspettavano da tanto tempo.

Splinterlands è finalmente scaricabile e installabile da Google Play Store.

Ho appreso la notizia dopo aver letto il post di ieri pubblicato da @claudio83 e sono andato subito a cercare il mio gioco preferito su Hive all'interno dell'app PlayStore sul mio smartphone :)

L'app è molto leggera, infatti ha un peso di soli 2,46 MB.
La valutazione è molto buona anche se le recensioni sono ancora solo 10.
Stasera scriverò anche la mia recensione per contribuire a far mantenere alto il punteggio del gioco.

Dato il poco peso dell'app di Splinterlands il processo di installazione è durato pochi secondi.

Perchè è così importante che Splinterlands sia presente su Play Store?

E' molto importante perchè un gioco come Splinterlands rappresenta una ulteriore e attraente porta per l'ingresso di nuovi utenti nel nostro amato mondo di Hive.

Anche prima si poteva giocare da smartphone a Splinterlands ma dovevi salvarti il link per accedere alla versione mobile e cliccare ogni volta sul link quando volevi svolgere una battaglia.
Insomma il processo anche se non complicato non era facile come per le applicazioni disponibili su Play Store.

Adesso ho una nuova freccia nel mio arco per convincere le persone imbrigliate dalle catene della centralizzazione a spezzare le catene e a entrare nel mondo decentralizzato e libero di Hive.

Si avvicina anche la seconda possibilità per i giocatori di Splinterlands di comprare i nuovi Plots.
Io ho comprato tre terreni e non ho ancora deciso se utilizzare i miei token DEC per comprare altri terreni.
Nello stage 1 sono stati venduti tutti i 30000 plots disponibili e gli ultimi 3000 sono stati venduti in un arco di tempo fulmineo di soli 21 secondi.
Questa volta penso ci sarà più tempo a disposizione per gli acquirenti.

Splinterlands oggi mi richiedeva di vincere tre battaglie senza utilizzare le carte dell'elemento neutrale.

Ci sono molte carte forti appartenenti all'elemento neutrale e spesso non è semplice concludere la missione in breve tempo soprattutto se si gioca nelle leghe più avanzate di Splinterlands.

Questa volta mi va molto bene e completo la missione dopo sole 3 battaglie e 3 vittorie.

Ed ecco la ricompensa che ho ottenuto per il completamento della missione giornaliera.

La ricompensa non è stata molto fortunata:

• 1 carta rara (valore 0.055 $)
• 3 pozioni
• 46 DEC (valore 0.04 $)

Il valore complessivo della ricompensa è di 0.095 $

Non sono stato fortunato ma, dopo 13 mesi di gioco su Splinterlands, so che prima o poi le belle ricompense arrivano ;)
