Sometimes we treat ourselves to a different evening too... today we chose to go to the theater! Original im src

I had actually bought the tickets some time ago, a surprise gift for my wife... a successful surprise!

Before seeing the show, having not had dinner, we had an aperitif in the bar next to the theater, when things get done or you do them well or better not do them and in any case, midnight spaghetti is not excluded... you'll find out at the end of the post heh heh!

As you can see from the photos, in addition to the standard spritz (and the soft drink for me) we were also able to enjoy a fantastic assortment of meatballs and bruschetta (the ones with guacamole sauce are delicious!).

Our frugal meal finished we went to find our seats; I chose the balconies, both because in my opinion they are the best places, and because my wife suffers from a bit of agoraphobia and we are more relaxed... practically it's just us eh eh!

The chosen show is by a comedian called Max Angioni, among other things, the only one my wife likes because she doesn't really like the genre, in fact, as soon as I learned that he was performing in Reggio, I took the opportunity ... opportunities must be seized on the fly!

The show was great, we really had a lot of fun and laughed a lot; it didn't even last too much, just an hour and a half, but pretty intense. Too bad that once we left the theater it was raining heavily otherwise a stroll on Corso Garibaldi would have been a good continuation of the evening... maybe next time.

Obviously the aperitif couldn't be enough for us so, back home, the midnight spaghetti dinner is the ritual!

Since it was enough to have just a little patience to find out?!?!

A simple garlic oil and chilli, just to like, simply and satisfying!

The worthy conclusion to a beautiful evening; sometimes you have to treat yourself to some whim and enjoy life a bit.
Reny and I also have very simple tastes and moreover, being extremely housewives, we do it very rarely so I think it's right when we do not miss anything!

Ogni tanto anche noi ci concediamo una serata diversa... oggi abbiamo scelto di andare al teatro!

In realtà avevo comprato i biglietti da tempo, un regalo a sorpresa per mia moglie... sorpresa riuscita!

Prima di vedere lo spettacolo, non avendo cenato, ci siamo presi un aperitivo nel bar che si trova accanto al teatro, quando le cose si fanno o le fai bene o meglio non farle e comunque, non è esclusa la spaghettata di mezzanotte... lo scoprirai alla fine del post eh eh!

Come puoi vedere dalle foto oltre lo spritz d'ordinanza (e l'analcolico per me) abbiamo anche potuto godere di un fantastico assortimento di polpette e bruschette (buonissime quelle con la salsa guacamole!).

Terminato il nostro frugale pasto siamo andati a cercare i nostri posti; ho scelto le balconate, sia perché secondo me come posti sono migliori, sia perché soffrendo mia moglie un pó di agorafobia stiamo più tranquilli... praticamente siamo solo noi eh eh!

Lo spettacolo scelto è di un comico che si chiama Max Angioni, tra l'altro, l'unica che piace a mia Moglie perché lei non ama molto il genere infatti, appena ho saputo che si esibiva a Reggio, ho preso la palla al balzo... le occasioni vanno colte al volo!

Lo show è stato bellissimo, ci siamo davvero divertiti parecchio e abbiamo riso tanto; non è durato nemmeno troppo giusto un'oretta e mezza, ma bella intensa. Peccato che usciti dal teatro pioveva a dirotto altrimenti una passeggiatina sul corso Garibaldi sarebbe stato un buon proseguimento di serata... sarà per la prossima volta.

Ovviamente l'aperitivo non poteva bastarci quindi, rientrati a casa, la spaghettata di mezzanotte è di rito!

Visto che bastava avere solo un pó di pazienza per scoprirlo?!?!

Un semplice aglio olio e peperoncino, giusto per gradire, semplicemente e soddisfacente!

La degna conclusione per una bellissima serata; ogni tanto bisogna concedersi qualche sfizio e godersi un pó la vita.
Io e Reny poi abbiamo gusti molto semplici ed oltretutto, essendo oltremodo casalinghi, lo facciamo molto di rado quindi credo sia giusto quando ci capita non farci mancare nulla!
