After the post written yesterday, it seems right to me to thank all those who have left me a sweet word in the comments; thanks for your thoughts also from Marley of course!

It is also necessary to update what the vet told us and the conditions of our Big Dog.

Let's start immediately with the reassurances, fortunately Marley is fine; this blindness depended on a tick infection, therefore neurological damage, diabetes and permanent blindness were excluded.
At the moment he is following a massive antibiotic treatment that he will have to carry on for fifteen days.

In addition, for about ten days, he will have to put eye drops on both eyes, later the doctor will tell us whether or not to continue both treatments for a month.

Good news never comes alone so, in addition, we've been told that Marley will likely recover full use of his right eye; the left one is unfortunately in worse shape so it's okay that he can't see as well as before, in any case that too could recover, all in all even with an eye and a half it wouldn't go badly.

Naturally, we are not talking about a simple dog but a Warrior of Peace, therefore he is not making a turn for the treatments and is also getting used to using the other senses and doing without his sight. Fortunately, if everything goes as it should, it will not be necessary .

In the end, this whole situation, as well as making me take a good "squeeze" and making me go through a day and a half of total suffering, also made me think a lot and he taught me many things.

He taught me that you always have to think positive; somehow I think I managed to activate the law of attraction with my purposes.
I don't know if it really exists or how it works exactly, what I do know is that my intentions were and are real; of course I won't wait to find myself in a similar situation, in fact I'm working on other little things to help me increase my budget.
I am aware that time is already very short and that the effort I've been making lately is not small but it doesn't matter, I have responsibilities and above all, I have the desire not to let my family miss anything.

I could easily live on hardship, stay in the middle of the street and get by, I've always been good at the art of survival; But Reny, Samuele, our Marley and the little Grigino and Macchia must never lack for anything, nor must they be forced to make any sacrifices.

Attention, I know that a little sacrifice is good but it will have to be a choice: "I give up this to learn and grow a little".

In this case it's fine because it's something that shapes, forges character and makes strong, but it should never again be a discourse of necessity for them; I already told you yesterday that you can bet the house on it and you're safe, You're 90% playing a game, my "oppo" always ended up talking to the walls heh heh!

This experience also refreshed me one thing I already knew, actually two:
point number one, dogs are and always will be head and shoulders above men; point number two there are many good and altruistic people in the world, such as our veterinarian for example.
There is also a bonus point: point number three, we have so many good friends who love us, we are really lucky people!

Well, today I will be shorter than usual; it's almost time for a snack and, above all, I have to go and pamper myself a little Marley, we'll talk a bit with Samuele; then I'll go back to work because I have goals to achieve; time is never enough, but time for my family will always come first and I will always find plenty of it.
After all, I've always worked better at night and, moreover, Marley can't sleep much for now lol!

Dopo il post scritto ieri mi sembra doveroso ringraziare tutti quelli che mi hanno lasciato nei commenti una dolce parola; grazie per il vostro pensiero anche da parte di Marley ovviamente!

Doveroso è anche un aggiornamento di ciò che ci ha detto il veterinario e dell condizioni del nostro Cagnolone.

Partiamo subito con le rassicurazioni, fortunatamente Marley sta bene; questa cecità è dipesa da un'infezione da zecca sono quindi stati esclusi danni neurologici, diabete e cecità permanenti.
Al momento sta seguendo una cura di antibiotici belli massicci che dovrà portare avanti per quindici giorno.

In aggiunta, per circa dieci giorni, dovrà mettere un collirio ad entrambi gli occhi, più avanti il dottore ci dirà se proseguire o meno entrambe le cure per la durata di un mese.

Le buone notizie non vengono mai da sole quindi, in aggiunta, ci è stato detto che probabilmente Marley recupererà totalmente l'uso dell'occhio destro; quello sinistro purtroppo è messo peggio quindi ci sta che non riesca a vedere bene come prima, in ogni caso anche quello potrebbe riprendersi, tutto sommato anche con un occhio e mezzo non andrebbe male.

Naturalmente qui non si parla di un semplice cane ma di un Guerriero di Pace pertanto non sta facendo una piega alle cure e si sta anche abituando a utilizzare gli altri sensi e a fare a meno della vista fortunatamente, se tutto va come deve, non sarà necessario.

Alla fine tutta questa situazione oltre a farmi prendere una bella "strizza" e a farmi passare un giorno e mezzo di totale sofferenza mi ha anche fatto riflettere tanto è mi ha insegnato molte cose.

Mi ha insegnato che bisogna sempre pensare positivo; in qualche modo credo di essere riuscito ad attivare la legge di attrazione con i miei propositi.
Non so se esista davvero ne so come funzioni esattamente, quello che so è che i miei propositi erano e sono reali; naturalmente non attenderò di ritrovarmi in una situazione simile, sto infatti lavorando ad altre cosette che mi aiutino ad incrementare il mio budget.
Sono consapevole che già il tempo è pochissimo e che la fatica che sto facendo ultimamente non è poca ma non importa, ho delle responsabilità e soprattutto, ho il desiderio di non fare mancare nulla alla mia famiglia.

Potrei tranquillamente vivere di stenti, stare in mezzo ad una strada e arrangiarmi, sono sempre stato bravo nell'arte della sopravvivenza; Ma a Reny, a Samuele, al nostro Marley e ai piccoli Grigino e Macchia non dovrà mancare mai nulla, ne dovranno essere costretti a fare alcun sacrificio.

Attenzione, so che un po' di sacrificio fa bene ma, dovrà essere una scelta: "faccio questo rinuncia per imparare e crescere un po'".

In questo caso va bene perché è qualcosa che forma, forgia nel carattere e rende forti, non dovrà però mai più essere per loro un discorso di necessità; Ti ho già detto ieri che puoi scommetterci la casa e vai tranquillo, Ti stai giocando un colpo al 90%, i miei "oppo" hanno finito sempre per parlare con i muri eh eh!

questa canzone nel pieno di una sessione è davvero esaltante non credi? 😉

Questa esperienza mi ha anche rinfrescato una cosa che già sapevo, anzi due:
punto numero uno, i cani sono e saranno sempre una spanna sopra gli uomini; punto numero due esistono al mondo tante persone buone ed altruiste, come ad esempio il nostro veterinario.
C'è anche un punto bonus: punto numero tre, abbiamo tanti buoni amici che ci vogliono bene, siamo davvero persone fortunate!

Bene, oggi sarò più breve del solito; è arrivata quasi l'ora della merenda e, soprattutto devo andare a coccolarmi un po' Marley, parleremo un po' con Samuele; poi tornerò a lavorare perché ho degli obiettivi da raggiungere; il tempo non basta mai, ma il tempo per la mia famiglia sarà sempre al primo posto e ne troverò sempre in abbondanza.
In fondo di notte ho sempre lavorato meglio e, oltretutto, per ora Marley non riesce a dormire molto lol!
