Compartir Navideño en 03 Fitness & Cardio [ESP-ENG]

Hola amigos, hoy quiero contarles como el gimnasio donde asisto nos sacó a todos de la rutina para celebrar con ellos su séptimo aniversario.

Diciembre siempre es un mes de celebraciones y excesos, pasamos todo el año ocupados en nuestros trabajos y rutinas, en lograr objetivos nuevos tanto profesionales, como personales y hasta físicos, que cuando llega diciembre solo queremos drenar todo, celebrar por lo bueno obtenido y por lo malo aprendido para prepararnos a recibir un año nuevo cargado de nuevas energías.

O3 fitness & cardio es el gimnasio donde tengo ya 5 años entrenando, allí he creado muchas amistades, los entrenadores son geniales todos en cada una de sus disciplinas (Calistenia, power pump, Yoga, Bailo terapia, Fit combat, Funcionales, Trx, twerking fitness, etc.) y hace unos días estuvo de aniversario, cumplió 7 años.

Para mí ese lugar es como mi segunda casa, es un lugar donde no solo voy a trabajar por mi salud física, sino también me ayuda a mi salud mental, llegar allí al final de la tarde luego de un día pesado y quemar calorías, estirar el cuerpo, muchas veces salir de mi zona de confort intentando un nuevo ejercicio, sin contar que siempre conozco gente nueva con historias geniales que me hacen distraerme y olvidarme de todo, el gimnasio para mí es desconexión, el ambiente que allí se vive es muy solidario y amable, agregándole también que las instalaciones son super lindas y cómodas lo que lo hacen agradable a la vista, no es un gimnasio común, es un gimnasio de clases grupales, no tiene máquinas, también tiene ambientes para esperar cómodamente tu clase, es un lugar de recreación, donde cada quien va con objetivos personales, algunos los tienen más claros que otros, pero al final todos compartimos muchas similitudes y en un ambiente de respeto y alegría nos ayudamos a conseguir todo lo que queremos entre sí.

Por esa razón este año nos unimos como miembros y clientes, a apoyar al staff del gimnasio, a realizar un lindo y pequeño compartir navideño de aniversario, la encargada principal (Jessica) es una chica superagradable, siempre preocupada por el bienestar de todos los que estamos allí constantemente y los que eventualmente asisten también, está pendiente de que nos sintamos cómodos, de recibir algún posible reclamo y atenderlo de la mejor manera, la verdad es que su personalidad ayuda mucho a mantener todo en armonía, por lo que se ha ganado el respeto y cariño de todos los clientes, lo que hizo que todos quisiéramos apoyar y participas, para salir un poco de la rutina de entrenamiento y olvidarnos un poco del fitness que allí siempre se vive para celebrar el aniversario #7 de O3.

Entre todos llevamos ricos pasapalos, hubo torta y hasta intercambió de regalos, pasamos un rato muy chévere, diferente y divertido, donde nos conocimos un poco más, hicimos nuevas amistades y reforzamos las antiguas y estoy segura que nos ha compenetrado a todos a seguir asistiendo y a seguir trabajando por nuestra salud física y mental.

Hello friends, today I want to tell you how the gym where I attend got us all out of the routine to celebrate their seventh anniversary with them.

December is always a month of celebrations and excesses, we spend the whole year busy in our jobs and routines, in achieving new goals, both professional, personal and even physical, that when December arrives we just want to drain everything, celebrate for the good obtained and for the bad learned to prepare ourselves to receive a new year loaded with new energies.

O3 fitness & cardio is the gym where I have been training for 5 years, I have made many friends there, the trainers are all great in each of their disciplines (Calisthenics, power pump, Yoga, Dance therapy, Fit combat, Functional, Trx, twerking fitness, etc.) and a few days ago it was his anniversary, he turned 7 years old.

For me that place is like my second home, it's a place where I not only go to work for my physical health, but also helps my mental health, get there at the end of the afternoon after a hard day and burn calories, stretch the body, many times leaving my comfort zone trying a new exercise, not to mention that I always meet new people with great stories that make me distract myself and forget everything, the gym for me is disconnection, the atmosphere that is lived there is very supportive and friendly, also adding that the facilities are super nice and comfortable which make it pleasing to the eye, it is not a common gym, it is a gym for group classes, it does not have machines, it also has rooms to comfortably wait for your class, it is a place of recreation, where everyone goes with personal goals, some have them clearer than others, but in the end we all share many similarities and in an atmosphere of respect and joy we help each other to achieve everything we we love each other.

For that reason this year we joined as members and customers, to support the gym staff, to make a nice little Christmas anniversary share, the main manager (Jessica) is a super nice girl, always concerned about the well-being of everyone who we are there constantly and those who eventually attend as well, he is waiting for us to feel comfortable, to receive any possible claim and attend to it in the best way, the truth is that his personality helps a lot to keep everything in harmony, for what he has earned the respect and affection of all the clients, which made us all want to support and participate, to get out of the training routine a little and forget a little about the fitness that is always lived there to celebrate the #7 anniversary of O3.

Among all of us we brought delicious snacks, there was cake and even exchanged gifts, we had a very cool, different and fun time, where we got to know each other a little better, made new friends and strengthened the old ones and I am sure that it has penetrated all of us to continue attending and to continue working for our physical and mental health.
