*Morning exercises are best suited to my lifestyle because the morning after dropping off my son at school. I have a little time to exercise at a nearby park with my son's school before going home to do housework. During the last few days, the storm brought heavy rainfall every day from the evening until morning. But this morning the weather was good even without the sun. This morning, I went to exercise at Suan Luang Rama IX Park which is a very big public park. And there is many of exercise equipment scattered throughout the public park. And the atmosphere here is shady with trees. People come to exercise in the morning. I alternate walking and running and use exercise machines that are scattered at various points of the park, around 7.45 a.m., it started to rain again. So I hurriedly ran to the car which was parked outside of the park about a kilometer from where I exercised. By the time I reached the car was soaked in rain.
