Al ser vecina de esta mega construcción se me hizo sencillo conocer todos los detalles del trabajo realizado allí. Cuando el terreno, antes destinado a ser un lote de estacionamiento, fue comprado por el grupo que le dio vida, las protestas de los vecinos no se hicieron esperar, todos temían, y con toda razón, que el tráfico se volvería insoportable, el centro comercial está ubicado al final de las dos únicas salidas de la urbanización de San Bernardino, que por ser una zona antigua los pocos accesos, cuentan con solo dos carriles, uno de salida y otro de entrada en la avenida Wolmer, el otro acceso suma tres carriles solo de salida, en las horas pico el tráfico se vuelve insoportable, eso cuando el centro comercial permanecía cerrado, ahora será otra historia una vez inaugurado.

Todavía es pronto para sentir el impacto, pues la enorme estructura solo cuenta con un aproximado de 10% de locales activos, hay pisos que aún no tienen locales funcionando. De hecho, los pisos superiores, todavía tienen restos de polvo del cemento usado para rematar los pisos y las paredes. El trabajo todavía está en proceso y los trabajadores continúan su labor allí.

Y la parte comercial la abrían en diciembre para hacer ferias navideñas o ventas de útiles escolares, en ningún momento logré conocer el interior del Sambil hasta ayer.

La inauguración, fraudulenta según mi opinión, fue el último día de noviembre.
