The best ruler for your weight loss adventure is...
Your clothes!
Having a scale or a measuring tape or both are great to have exact numbers but having old jeans from another life before kids can be your metric weight loss goal!
Because you can have the same weight but you might go down in volume which can make a big difference.
Today I was organizing the closet and as I did it a couple of months ago I re-checked all the trousers I had that didn't fit me yet and tried them all again.
From a big pile half of them fit me! Every time they fit I would do a happy dance with them lol
So as you can see I am quite happy that all the work I've been doing for the past few months is paying off!
Hopefully, I will fit the other pile soon!

I am trying to lose some weight but finding my old clothes don't fit anymore!! Things going in the wrong direction.. lol
Well that could mean that you are building muscle and that's not a bad thing if that is your goal. Can be also a good excuse to buy new ones 🤪
