Hola a todos, espero que se encuentren excelente, en esta nueva publicación les hablare de variedades de atún en lata, pues si el atún es considerado por su alta fuente de omega 3 vitamina A y D muchos lo prefieren recién sacado del mar y en otros casos enlatados, los que vienen enlatados no es que sea tan saludable pero saca de apuros a muchas personas que trabajan y apenas les da tiempo llegar a cocinar a la hora del almuerzo en caso de que vayan a su casa en ese break, también es consumido cuando existen problemas eléctrico o alguna crisis política en algún país y las personas se resguardan con estos tipos de alimentos en caso de no poder salir a la calle, estaba por un establecimiento y le tome fotos a las diferentes presentaciones, tenemos una de nombre robin hood que vendría siendo lomito de atún en aceite, me gusta bastante con arepa, de la marca eveba, atún en aceite picante se ve interesante no lo he probado, la riviera azul igual de aceite vegetal, había otra marca llamada diplomático y el peñero que es desmenuzado en salsa de tomate lo probé y si me gusto, de la marca margarita trozos de atún, de cualquier manera se disfruta un atún en lata, y tu querido lector eres amante del atún? si deseas dame tu opinión.
