อาหารญี่ปุ่นมีมนต์เสน่ห์ที่เป็นเอกลักษ์เพราะมีการผสมผสานของศิลปะเเละวัฒนธรรมที่เข้ากัน การทำอาหารที่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์จากเครื่องปรุงวัตถุดิบขึ้นมาสดใหม่เเล้วนำทำเป็นอาหารที่ได้หลายรูปเเบบ การปรุงอาหารที่ไม่ได้มีกฎเกณฑ์ตายตัว นอกจากเนื้อสัตว์ที่นำมาทำเป็นอาหารเเล้วก็ยังมีพืชผักมากมายมาปรุงเเต่งให้รสชาติดีขึ้นเเละเพิ่มสีสันให้ดูน่าทานมากยิ่งขึ้น จะกี่ครั้งๆก็ชอบอาหารญี่ปุ่น
