Arles is a city of 50,000 inhabitants located in France, in the Provence region. Already in Roman times this city developed and over time it became one of the most flourishing metropolises of Gaul.
I took these photos a few years ago when I went for a tour in the south of France.

Arles è una città di 50.000 abitanti che si trova in Francia, nella regione della Provenza. Già in epoche romane questa città si sviluppò e con il tempo divenne una delle metropoli più fiorenti delle Gallie.
Ho scattato queste foto qualche anno fa quando andai a fare un giro nel sud della Francia.

Oh! That’s good! But you still have to plan your trip, get some holiday leave, and organise all the traveling details and expenses. I think the countryside in Italy is more beautiful than France!

Il sud della Francia è bello. Conosco Nizza (purtroppo non Arles) per averci studiato e anche il Principato di Monaco (era facile farci una capata da Nizza, solo mezz'ora di treno). L'acquario del Principato è uno spettacolo e la pulizia del piccolo Stato, sorprendente. Non mi stupisce che la popolazione ami tanto la famiglia reale: veramente hanno a cuore territorio e abitanti, per come Monaco è ben tenuto.

Anche se Monaco non è esattamente Francia pur trovandosi circondato da territorio francese (stessa condizione di San Marino in Emilia Romagna😂).
