If you like to eat jam for breakfast, you may want to prepare this recipe. It is more economical and healthier to make organic and delicious jams at home instead of jams that we buy from the market. I have explained how to make peach jam before. The season of the country I live in is summer now and many fruits have ripened. Many people make jams to prepare for the winter. I have prepared two kinds of jams right now and I will share with you how to make jams of different fruits.

Ingredients to be Used for Apricot Jam:

  • 3 kg apricot
  • 3 kg of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon salt and 1/4 spoon butter

Making Stages:

First, let's wash the apricots beautifully, and then divide them into two parts. Remove the beans inside. Then add the apricots to the pot. Let's add powdered sugar on it; you can keep it closed for 4 hours to make it more delicious. After waiting, boil for half an hour on medium heat. Add the lemon salt and a quarter spoonful of butter before you get the consistency of the jam. After 10 minutes, the jam is ready and you can put it on the coconases.
