Hello friends, today I share a topic from the world of Research and teaching, although this field is not my profession, I am passionate about being able to know and apply them, in addition to knowing that they exist, and that they are only theoretical elements and tools, it allows me to identify them as utilities for the success of any project and in addition to that applying them on a day-to-day basis, it is very satisfactory.
Hola amigos hoy les comparto un tema del mundo de la Investigación y la enseñanza, aunque este campo no es mi profesión me apasiona poder conocerlos y aplicarlos, además de ello saber que existen, y que solo son elementos y herramientas teóricas, me permite identificarlas como utilidades para el éxito de cualquier proyecto y además de eso aplicarlos en el día a día, es bien satisfactorio.

The investigations can be based on games and if they are conversational it should be more enriching since being able to communicate verbally leads to knowing those involved in a direct way, so it is important to do it through good conduction to generate well useful information for the research you want to carry out.
Ibáñez (1992: 58), is considered the father and promoter of the discussion group. And he defines it as:
“An analyzer device whose production process is the collision of the different discourses and whose product is the manifestation of the effects of the collision (discussion) in the personal discourses (conviction: convinced the one who has been defeated by the group) and in group speeches (consensus) ”.

Las investigaciones pueden estar basadas en juegos y si son conversacionales debe ser mas enriquecedores ya que el poder comunicarse de manera verbal conlleva a conocer a los involucrados de una manera directa, por lo que es importante, realizarlo a través de una buena conducción para generar así información de gran utilidad para la investigación que se quiera realizar.
Ibáñez (1992: 58), está considerado como el padre y promotor del grupo de discusión. Y la define como:
“Un dispositivo analizador cuyo proceso de producción es la puesta de colisión de los diferentes discursos y cuyo producto es la puesta de manifiesto de los efectos de la colisión (discusión) en los discursos personales (convencimiento: convencido el que ha sido vencido por el grupo) y en los discursos grupales (consenso)”.
From what I can say that with this technique, various experiences can be obtained through the creation of a group with different characteristics and for varied operations.
Por lo que puedo decir que con esta técnica se pueden obtener diversas experiencias a través de la creación de un grupo con diferentes características y para funcionamientos variados.
Make a Planning. Being clear about this element, you can have control of the time as well as delimit the subject in addition to having a clear conceptual framework as well, as will be the differentiation of the population (sex, age, ideology, profession among others) of how the conversations or debates will flow
Invite and Select participants. You can allow heterogeneity between the members of a discussion group, this in turn should allow the breadth of experiences and thoughts of each one to avoid misunderstandings or conflicts.
Be or Have a Moderator. It is the person who plans and raises a specific topic and provides good motivation for group participants to discuss or research the topic in order to obtain the objectives set. He is in charge of directing the group and indicating the norms and rules to be fulfilled.
Register, Analyze and make a Final Report. A record of the information must be made through notes, in audio or video of the opinions given with the due manifest that it will be used for academic purposes and with the acceptance and agreement of the members, in the same way exalting freedom, spontaneity of all. Additional The data obtained in the discussion group should be systematized through schemes or models of speeches to present a final report
Una vez conformado el grupo debe seguir cierto patrón o fases para que el investigador tenga elementos organizacionales en la dirección del mismo por lo que les recomiendo los siguientes:
Realizar una Planificación Teniendo claro este elemento se puede tener el control del tiempo así como delimitar el tema además de tener claro el marco conceptual así, como será la diferenciación de la población (sexo, edad, ideología, profesión entre otros) de cómo fluirá las conversaciones o debates
Invitar y Seleccionar a los participantes Se puede permitir una heterogeneidad entre los miembros de un grupo de discusión esto a su vez se debe permitir la amplitud de experiencias y pensamientos de cada uno para no llegar a males entendidos o conflictos.
Ser o Tener un Moderador. Es la persona que planea y plantea un tema en específico y proporcione una buena motivación para que los participantes del grupo discutan o investiguen el tema con la finalidad de obtener los objetivos planteados. Es el encargado de dirigir al grupo y de indicar las normas y reglas a cumplir.
Registrar, Analizar y Realizar un Informe Final. Se debe realizar un registro de la información a través de notas, en audio o video de las opiniones dadas con el debido manifiesto de que será utilizada para fines académicos y con la aceptación y conformidad de los integrantes, de igual forma exaltando la libertad, espontaneidad de todos. Adicional Los datos obtenidos en el grupo de discusión deben sistematizarse a través de esquemas o modelos de discursos para presentar así un informe final.

Al utilizar estos elementos se tiene a la mano artificios o metodologías, para indagar o investigar subjetividades, significaciones e ideologías presentes en un colectivo. Es decir se puede lograr con ello que los miembros del grupo establezcan acuerdos en función del entorno y de esta manera generar propuestas o crear nuevos términos de convivencia para las personas ya sea en el hogar, el trabajo o en temas de investigación.
