Dates are known as super food which are a good source of energy, a source of sugar, and a source of fiber.

Not only good for digestion and muscle mass formation, dates are also good for preventing bone loss.

Dates have a natural sweetness so food and drinks that use dates as an ingredient do not need to use additional sweeteners.

So this time I will share with you 2 ways to enjoy dates as a drink that is easy to make and tastes good.

These drink are also a vegan drink that is suitable to be a source of energy for today's heavy.

Let's get started!

First Way

I added plant-based milk, coconut milk, as a mixture of date palm ice drinks.

You can use other plant-based milk such as almond milk.

How to make dates ice is also very easy. We only need to blend dates with water, and milk.

  • 100 grams of dates
  • 250 ml of water.
  • 65 ml thick coconut milk.

Serve with ice cubes, or you can enjoy this drink without ice cubes, and it tastes like enjoying a sweet dessert.

The results are sweet, creamy, and yummy.

This is a favorite for me and my family on hot days because we have a large supply of coconut milk.

Second way

Another way that is simpler is the iced dated without milk. It tastes lighter, and fresher, and also of course more practical.

The thing that makes this date palm fresher is that I add a few pieces of lemon when the dates have been blended.

The texture is creamy with sweet taste without the addition of sweeteners.

You can try these simple recipe at home, and make sure you don't forget to keep dates for long-term supplies in your pantry.

Yes, you must have a date stock because dates are a decent food for you to consume every day.
