If you think sleep will make you better when you have problems, then that is the wrong thing.

Sleep simply won't solve the problem. Moreover, just leave all your problems and go to sleep.

You will only feel bad and filled with negative energy if you go to sleep with all your problems unresolved.

Make A More Organized Daily Schedule

I know that everyone has a different personality and goes through their day in different ways.

Some do a lot of things spontaneously, some are scheduled.

But if you are not a scheduled person, you can learn to get used to having your simple schedule.

Creating a simple schedule for daily activities to make you more disciplined. There is no need to make detailed things because human nature is like spontaneity.

Make only basic schedules such as time to work, time limits for re-opening your work email, or social media notifications.

It will give you a calmer time before going to bed even though you have a lot of problems to solve.


Don't Bring Problems and Work to the Bedroom

Separation of workspace and bedroom is very good for your healthier life.

Don't try to bring work-related things to bed.

Try as much as possible to use the time in your work schedule to solve all the work including your problems.

So when you enter bedtime on your schedule, try to enter your bedroom without a cellphone at all, for example. If you have a partner, then it will be more for you to lightly chat before bed instead of checking your cellphone.


Go To Sleep With Feeling 'Everything Will Be Alright "

You have to realize that not everything is under your control. Many things just happen and you have to find a solution.

If you've entered bedtime on a schedule, try to talk to yourself all will be well.

If your problem is small to moderate, you can try to solve it before going to bed. If you feel that your problem is too heavy and it has indeed entered bedtime, then try to calm down. Whisper to yourself that tomorrow morning you should be early and find a solution to your problem.

Waking up better the next morning will leave you with lots of positive energy to solve your problems and work.

Don't panic, and think calmly about your problems. Everything will gonna be okay.
