Lemon with Coffee

Imagine the fresh aroma of lemon in every sip of your drink. Imagine the fresh taste that appears on your tongue.

Lemon has a fresh fragrance and taste. That makes lemons a favorite thing in the culinary world. We can make any variation from lemon.
we can make a fresh Lemonade fall in love. We can also make super moist cake from lemon.

But then I thought of combining lemon with iced coffee. So when I was preparing the Dalgona Coffee that was being hype, I thought it would not bad if I tried to put a slice of lemon into my iced coffee serving glass.

This is when I prepare ingredients for making coffee powder, sugar and water into a creamny foam, even without foam.

2 tablespoons of coffee grounds,
2 tablespoons of boiling water
2 tablespoons of sugar

Then beat all the ingredients in one container using a tea strainer or using a mixer.

Then I serve the creamy coffee earlier with milk and ice cubes. Then I add a slice of lemon to the glass.

There is a special way to add lemon. We can't just put lemon slices into coffee before it is stirred.

The presence of milk in a glass of coffee will make the milk clot if Iemon is added.

That's why make sure to stir the coffee and milk first, then you can add lemon slices.

I like this experiment. It feels quite fresh and unique.
