Hola amigos de hive, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes como hice esta rica torta negra que hice para comer en estos días, ya que aquí en Venezuela es típico hacer esta torta en esta fecha como postre, como tenia todos los ingredientes a la mano aproveché y la hice ya que estaba mi familia aquí para comerla después de la comida navideña.
Hello friends of hive, today I want to share with you how I made this delicious black cake that I made to eat these days, since here in Venezuela it is typical to make this cake on this date as a dessert, since I had all the ingredients at hand I took advantage and made it since my family was here to eat it after the Christmas meal.


Ingredientes – Ingredients


  • 1 kg de harina de trigo
  • 7 huevos
  • 3 tazas de AzĂşcar
  • Cacao en polvo
  • Frutas confitadas y pasitas
  • CafĂ©
  • Aceite
  • Vainilla
  • Nueces, avellanas y manĂ­
  • Polvo para hornear
  • 1 kg of wheat flour
  • 7 eggs
  • 3 cups of Sugar
  • Cocoa powder
  • Candied fruits and raisins
  • Coffee
  • Oil
  • Vanilla
  • Nuts, hazelnuts and peanuts
  • Baking powder


PreparaciĂłn - Preparation


Primero comenzamos a cernir la harina de trigo para colocarla en un bol y agregarle el cacao, la nuez moscada, la canela y el polvo para hornear mezclamos todo esto con una paleta y lo dejamos a un lado por lo momentos, luego sacamos todos los huevos para colocarlos en un bol.
First we start sifting the wheat flour to put it in a bowl and add the cocoa, nutmeg, cinnamon and baking powder. We mix all this with a palette and put it aside for a while, then we take out all the eggs to put them in a bowl.



Ahora con la batidora mezclamos los huevos hasta que quede con una textura suave cuando este como que queremos le vamos agregando la vainilla, el aceite y el azúcar después de que hayamos agregamos todo esto mezclamos muy bien con la batidora.
Now with the mixer we mix the eggs until it has a soft texture when it is as we want it we add the vanilla, the oil and the sugar after we have added all this we mix very well with the mixer.



Después se le va agregando por partes el café y la harina se dividirá en partes para que sea más fácil y así repetimos hasta que se terminen, cuando hayamos echado todo terminamos de mezclar bien y tendremos la mezcla casi lista.
Then we add the coffee in parts and the flour will be divided in parts to make it easier and so we repeat until they are finished, when we have poured everything we finish mixing well and we will have the mixture almost ready.



Ahora agregamos los frutos secos que previamente pusimos a macerar en alcohol desde hace días atrás y antes de añadirlos a la mezcla los enharinamos esto se hace para que no se vayan al fondo de la mezcla, luego le añadimos las nueces, el maní y las avellanas después con una paleta mezclamos todo para colocarlo en el envase que le echamos mantequilla y harina, cuando lo echemos en la tortera lo metemos al horno por aproximadamente de 40 a 50 minutos.
Now we add the nuts that we previously put to macerate in alcohol for days and before adding them to the mixture we flour them this is done so that they do not go to the bottom of the mixture, then we add the nuts, peanuts and hazelnuts then with a palette we mix everything to put it in the container that we put butter and flour, when we put it in the tortera we put it in the oven for approximately 40 to 50 minutes.



Por ultimo cuando revisemos y esté lista la sacamos del horno para que repose unos minutos y así poder sacarla del molde, cuando la saquemos del molde dejamos que se enfrié la torta para así poder disfrutarla.
Finally, when we check and it is ready, we take it out of the oven to rest for a few minutes so we can take it out of the mold. When we take it out of the mold, we let the cake cool down so we can enjoy it.
