Wiring an electrical panel of an ultrasonic cleaner with 2-axis robot
Step1: Measuring and cutting ducts & 35mm rails according to panel layout plan
Step2: screwing them on the panel.
Step3: Mounting equipment such as MCBs, terminal blocks, relays, thermostat, power supply and contractors according to the panel layout plan.
Wiring 3-ph panels phase per phase.
Step1: connecting PE terminal of electrical equipments such as phase control relay, PLC and servo drivers to PE terminal blocks. (Look at top left corner of the pic)
Step2: wiring of neutral terminal of all equipments.
Step3: wiring of L1(R) phase of all equipments.
Step4: wiring of L2(S) phase of all equipments.
Step5:wiring of L1(R) phase of all equipments.
Description
Step1: mounting wires panel inside the cabinet.
Step2: Connecting wires from cabinet to panel such as incoming power terminal, round terminals on cabinet.
Step3: Connecting HMI and push button wires on cabinet to acossiated terminals on panel.
Step4: Connecting control terminals servo motor via cable to round terminal on panel.
