I don't think so. body health is very important in life. because health can be made as a measurement for a person's level of welfare. so not only money can be made as a measuring device. without the knowledge of the community, and over time, many diseases will come. like cholesterol, diabetes, hypertension, and so on. of course this will cause complications for other diseases. and of course it will disrupt daily activities.

maintaining the most appropriate health is when young. and if during adulthood someone's health is disturbed, it means he is not taking care of his health at a young age. as an example.

cholesterol disease. or a simple word of fat in the blood. this is a chronic disease. meaning the disease that arises in a long time without realizing it. when at a young age someone often consumes fast food, rarely exercise, then over time the fat in the blood will increase. and this will be known in adulthood.

when the fat in the blood increases, it will clog the vessels in the blood. this can clog any blood vessels. if it blocks the arteries of the heart, then there is a great risk of coronary heart disease. if it clogs the blood vessels of the brain, then there is a great risk of stroke, and high blood complications also occur. this will be very dangerous.

and many other illnesses that come if someone does not adopt a healthy lifestyle since young. start implementing a healthy lifestyle since young. with regular exercise, reduce calories, and multiply fruits and vegetables, do not sleep late, and do not smoke.
