Black and White: Larinus Planus (true beetle)

Instead of having no activity at home on holidays, I think it's best to take the time to look for insects that are active in the bush. This is indeed my duty this week, for me now it opens a wall of time to produce creative content about Macro Photography.

During this time, for me to look for small insects it's difficult to get it because takes travel time to the location of the bush or forests and the time looks for the existence of the insect.

Looking for small insects also requires a great time usually in the morning or evening, but I highly recommend in the morning because the atmosphere is natural and insects are still fresh with morning dew so they are easy to find.

In addition, so as not to be disappointed with the results! we also have to prepare good equipment like a DSLR camera with a supporting lens, but if we don't have it then just bring another device like a smartphone with a decent camera so that the results are satisfying.

Meanwhile, when aiming for insects with a macro lens, our body condition must also be fresh and the heart must be calm. If not, then the detailed pictures will not be easily obtained.

In Wikipedia explained this insect is known as Larinus Planus which comes from the family Curculionidae (True Beetles), this beetle came from Central and Eastern Europe and North America. Later this beetle was introduced to Canada and the United States in the 1960s and is now widespread throughout North America to Asia.

That is a simple tip that I found in the field when aiming for small insects in the bush and I think the photographer friends here also experienced it.
