This was one of my favorite dish as a child. I think it tastes so good for a child. As an adult, I love preparing it because it's 2 in 1, it's a veggie dish and a pork dish and it's easy to prepare. It cooks fast and goes will with anything. It's perfect with a cup of rice but it's also good just on its own. I finish this always, no leftovers. I eat this like a salad. Yumyumyum!

I'll share with you how quickly this is done. First, saute garlic and onions on hot oil then add the ground pork. Cook the pork until it looks cooked or kinda white. Then put oyster sauce and seasoning and a little bit of water. Let it simmer then add the string beans. You may also add other veggies like carrots, cabbage or anything you like that could go with the other ingredients. Try to taste the sauce and add salt or seasoning as you please. Let it simmer for another 3-5 minutes depending on how you want your veggies to be done. That's it, serve and enjoy!
