It's my pleasure to bring to you from my kitchen how I got this delicious green leaves vegetables soup prepared with fresh tomatoes peppers and dried fish also with our local seasoning of locus beans.

This green leaves vegetables soup is one of the soup I so much love to prepare because it doesn't take much time to prepare and with the nutrients it gives, whenever I have my soup prepared, I worry less about what to eat.

Preparation process

I got my green leaves vegetables and sliced in smaller pieces after which I wash and set it aside in a basket.

I had my fresh tomatoes and pepper blended and fried in hot palm oil with onions.

I also added my dried fish, locus beans, salt and other seasoning to taste, then I allowed to cook for few minutes.

And finally, I added the green leaves vegetables and stir together, it was left for few minutes and that's it
