Hello hiveians

Just this morning,I went out to my friend's house I decided to prepare bitter leaf soup when I get home so I asked my friend's little sister to help me wash the leaves.

preparation process.

• few leaves were plug from the plant.

• it was rinse to remove dirt from the leaves.

• with a cup of water and a pinch of salt, it was later wash and squeeze to remove the juice.

• after been thoroughly washed, it was sieve to separate the juice from the leaves.

I was told the juice from the bitter leaf is very good and effective to drink

The washed leaves will later be used to prepare my egusi soup.
