The human bias.

I watched the Joe Rogan podcast with Elon Musk. I watched it the same day it went up and watched it a few times more after that. The coolest thing with Joe's podcast is how flexible he can be with he guest, their fields and how unprecedented the general direction of the conversation could be. It's probably the most authentic you will find a guest on a show, and a genuine reflection of their human element disregarding the celebrity effect.

The podcast, arguably, brought about a lot of backlash to Elon and his brand, but also gave the public a very intimate perspective on his thoughts and life. For example, Musk has been an outspoken opposition towards AI - Artificial Intelligence, not the more popularly used Augmented Intelligence. Musk has also openly spoken about the hows and whys of his belief. But, in this podcast he narrowed it down and streamlined it rather beautifully.

It's all about the human element. Which includes human touch, human bias, human justice, human cognition , all of it and more. Once we think about it, that makes a lot of sense. Not only a rogue AI create hazard to humanity through consistent deliberate omit-for-efficiency choices, but human (more human bias) is rather important for the evolution of humanity as a species.

It's not perfect but the bias in humans has a rather vivid effect. It cannot at all times be positive. For instances how we are wired to prefer fair over dark, or how partial we can be, or even simple things like having no sense of a topic but ruling over it.

The human bias also has it's effect on things like debating over plutocracy and democracy in a dPos or having the say on curation of a quality post in a general genre where one is not very talented with. From our daily lifestyle to blockchain and more, it's everywhere, human bias, and for sure stands as a key differentiator for human.
