No one has the right to condemn or look down on you,
Because no one is perfect...
Do not allow anyone's opinion define who you are as a person,
They are all entitled to their opinions,
It should not pull you down,
Be open to correction but keep your values...
Speak positive words to yourself,
Give yourself a break,
Take deep breaths,
Treat yourself better,
Live in the moment.
