[ESP] Hoy traigo una deliciosa receta que tengo por seguro que a más de uno le gustará, no es más que unos Hot cakes súper esponjositos, para variar los desayunos!

[ENG] Today I bring you a delicious recipe that I'm sure that you will love it, it's a fluffy pancakes, for vary the breakfast.

Ingredientes

[ESP]

• 75 gramos de azúcar
• 180 gramos de harina de trigo.
• 120 ml de leche.
• 2 yemas de huevo.
• 3 claras de huevo.

[ENG]

• 75gr of sugar
• 180gr of wheat flour
• 120ml of milk.
• 2 yolks of eggs.
• 3 eggs whites.

Procedimiento

[ESP] 1. Lo primero que haremos es colocar en un bowl las yemas de huevo y la azúcar, e integramos bien hasta que se disuelva el azúcar.

[ENG] 1. First we'll put in a bowl the yolks and the sugar, and we'll integrate until the sugar dissolves.

[ESP] 2. Luego iremos agregando poco a poco la leche.

[ENG] 2. After we'll add bit by bit the milk.

[ESP] 3. Y proseguimos con la harina de trigo, mezclando muy bien.

[ENG] 3. Then, we'll add the wheat flour, stiring very well.

[ESP] 4. En otro bowl colocaremos las claras de huevo y batiremos hasta que nos haga picos.

[ENG] 4. In another bowl we'll put the eggs whites and we'll stir constantly.

[ESP] 5. Agregaremos las claras batidas a la mezcla y de manera envolvente revolvemos hasta integrar.

[ENG] 5. We'll add the whipped eggs whites to the mixture and we'll stir.

[ESP] 6. En un sartén antiadherente colocaremos un molde en forma de anillo y agregaremos mezcla ahí, tapamos y volteamos a los 5 minutos.

[ENG] 6. In a non-stick pan we'll put a mold in ring shape, also we'll add the mixture there, we cover and flip after five minutes.
