There are many things I enjoy about music, and one of them is when it surprises me, and Anoice's music did it. The first time I listened to them it sounded like a lot of familiar things but nothing concrete, but it sounded good, and as I listened to their first album each song sounded better.

Anoice does something that is usually called cinematic music, because it sounds like music from movies, the one that helps to enhance the scenes and gives them more strength. But the cinematic music of the Japanese musicians who are members of Anoice is a very interesting balance mix of different influences that take on another dimension in their compositions..

On their 6 albums and 2 EPs they have released, their mix of ambient, contemporary classical music and post-rock music is most relaxing. The basis of their sound are the piano by Yuki Murata and the violin by Utaka Fujiwara, two great interpreters, who, like the rest of their members, have alternate and / or solo projects. The group is completed by Takahiro Kido's guitar, which goes from whisper to thunder, and Tadashi Yoshikawa's rhythmic base on percussion and drums.

Anoice's music is perfect to relax, to accompany you while you work, and even as a soundtrack of that time with your partner. I share 3 songs with you, which are just a small sample of their proposal, one that is worth giving a try. I hope you enjoy it, dear reader.
