Sonreír| Un poco de mi inspiración [ESP/ING]

Hay pequeños momentos en la vida en los que tienes muchos motivos para sonreír, para ser feliz... Sé que muchas veces la felicidad parece ser un estado tan corto del que no se entiende la fórmula para lograrlo pero cuando no puedes parar de reír aprecias la virtud de ser feliz.
Una vez me pregunté a mi misma si las sonrisas siempre eran reales, y lamentablemente comprendí que nunca podemos saber lo que hay en el corazón de los otros, y en ocasiones quienes más necesitan apoyo son los que menos lo aparentan.
Hay sonrisas que nacen de momentos tan genuinos y espontáneos que se quedan marcados en nuestros recuerdos, creando un importante momento para nuestra alma que quizá nunca podemos olvidar porque los buenos momentos muchas veces son tan pocos que quedan como colecciones de memorias únicas en nuestro cerebro.
There are small moments in life when you have many reasons to smile, to be happy.... I know that many times happiness seems to be a state so short that you don't understand the formula to achieve it but when you can't stop laughing you appreciate the virtue of being happy.
I once asked myself if smiles were always real, and sadly I realized that we can never know what is in the hearts of others, and sometimes those who need support the most are the ones who appear the least.
There are smiles that are born from moments so genuine and spontaneous that they remain marked in our memories, creating an important moment for our soul that perhaps we can never forget because the good moments are often so few that they remain as collections of unique memories in our brains.
Dicen que lo único que llegamos a tener en esta vida, es lo vivido, lo que bailamos y cantamos... Yo agregaría también lo que sonreímos y las personas con las que lo hicimos.. Nunca puedes sentirte solo o vacío mientras colecciones estos momentos.
Sonreír es una de las cosas que más me ha costado, porque siempre estoy agobiada por el camino que queda por recorrer, no logro todavía no puedo asimilar bien el dolor; pero aprecio intensamente los recuerdos felices en donde sonreír fue mi mayor sello.
They say that the only thing we get to have in this life is what we lived, what we danced and sang? I would add also what we smiled and the people with whom we did it... You can never feel lonely or empty while collecting these moments.
Smiling is one of the things that has cost me the most, because I am always overwhelmed by the road ahead, I still can't assimilate the pain well; but I intensely appreciate the happy memories where smiling was my greatest seal.
Sonrisas... A veces han sido falsas y otras tan reales, pero ellas me han recordado que siempre vuelven las razones para vivir, para luchar, para amar.
Sonrisas... Enamoran, envuelven y en ocasiones son todo lo que necesitas para sentirte en paz con lo que haces, con lo que eres.
Sonrisas... Siempre volveria a los motivos que la impulsan porque hay es donde entendí las verdaderas razones para ser felices.
Smiles... Sometimes they have been false and sometimes so real, but they have reminded me that the reasons to live, to fight, to love always come back.
Smiles... They make you fall in love, they surround you and sometimes they are all you need to feel at peace with what you do, with what you are.
Smiles... I would always go back to the reasons that drive it because that's where I understood the real reasons to be happy.
Sonrisas... Puedes tener tus favoritas, las que más te inspiran pero siempre será bueno verlas al despertar, sentir que por un momento todo es paz.
Los buenos momentos son tan complicados de conseguir que cuando tengas uno, aférrate a ellos y nunca dejen de vivirlos.
Smiles... You can have your favorites, the ones that inspire you the most but it will always be good to see them when you wake up, to feel that for a moment everything is peace.
Good moments are so hard to come by that when you have one, hold on to them and never stop living them.
