Ingredientes || Ingredients

575 gramos de harina de trigo 243mililitros de leche o agua

7 gramos de levadura instantánea
10 gramos de sal
46 gramos de yema de huevo
115 gramos de margarina
700 gramos de queso duro

700 grams of hard cheese

Preparación || Preparation

Lo primero que haremos es tamizar la harina y ponerla en una taza. Haremos una corona y pondremos el resto de los ingredientes. (excepto el queso, que cortaremos en tiras gruesas de aproximadamente 2 centímetros,y se reservará para usarse más tarde )

The first thing we will do is sift the flour and place it in a cup. We will make a crown and put the rest of the ingredients. (except for the cheese, which we will cut into thick strips of approximately 2 centimeters,and will be reserved for later use)

Integraremos los ingredientes hasta obtener una masa homogénea, la amasaremos y la dejaremos reposar durante 10 minutos. Luego estiraremos la masa de aproximadamente 1 centímetro de grosor y la cortaremos en tiras de 2 centímetros de ancho. Con estas tiras envolveremos nuestros palitos de queso.

We will integrate the ingredients until obtaining a homogeneous dough, knead it and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Then we will stretch the dough of approximately 1 centimeter thick and cut it into strips of 2 centimeters wide.
With these strips we will wrap our cheese sticks.
