Krishna Janmashtmi 2020

Since I recently came from Bangalore to Kolkata, I am following the mandatory 14 days home quarantine. It's going good with work and movies. I am also not going near to family members so that even if I have COVID I will not accidentally spread it.

Today in India we are celebrating Krishna Janmashtami and thus I have to go and click some photos of my Home little temple since we are celebrating it. We celebrate it as the birth of Krishna who is the 8th avatar of Vishnu.

Krishna was born at 12'o clock, so we celebrate it at that time by opening the fast which we are doing the whole day. Since because of the coronavirus pandemic we could not celebrate it as a grand festival so we have decided it to do at home itself.

After the Puja at midnight, we open the fast by drinking water and eating fruits. We also have Ras Lila happens every year in Mathura, but dues to Coronavirus this year it will not be at the grand scale.
