Update of my venture

Hello everyone! Today I bring you an update on how my venture has been going. These days have been a time of shopping, suppliers and tidying up a bit, so I took care of arranging the space outside so that the work for me was much more comfortable, to have everything within reach when preparing orders and in turn, separate what was the packaging area with the kitchen area. I am very happy with the result of the space and I feel that it works very well for me.

Secondly, I had labels made to put on my orders, some are for the sauce boats (where the sauces will go) and the other will be for the bags or packaging. You have no idea how nice it felt to receive the labels in my hands along with the design printed on them, it was amazing.

Between the purchase and the suppliers, the fish and the vegetables to make the sauces arrived. Fortunately there are few sauces that I have to prepare, that prevents massive losses, and I have ordered just enough to start the project. I also bought chicken wings because they are included in the combos.

It's been a busy few days, that's why I was absent for a little while, last night my body could no longer support my own weight and before midnight I fell asleep. Today, I have started the sales so to speak, I launched a promotion of 35% discount on the biggest combos of my menu for the inauguration. I will keep working with my delivery until 10:30 at night and I will start taking orders from 11:30 in the morning.

I'm pretty excited and I hope everything goes very well, since I made the publication on instagram of the promotion several people have written me what I think is positive. I owe you the recipes of the sauces since yesterday I was very concentrated preparing them and I overlooked taking pictures.

Unfortunately due to the fact that the suppliers work with plastic bags, every time I receive products from them they all come wrapped in them, but, I am using them to continue making ecological bricks.

I hope that the sales will bear good fruits to send me to make a shirt with the logo, it would look so beautiful, what do you think?
