Cutting and Sewing of design flare Gown for My sister DIY//.

I started designing a new dress for my sister yesterday using an scuba print African Fabric,

started with cutting out a flair using waist circumference of 28 inches which was divided by 4 to give 7 approximately.

I cut two flare one of down part and other upper part
Let me show you picture on how I did it.

I cut the base body as well front and back.

Next step stitches

I stitched the front and back bodice together before attached flare
