Mis dias son mejores cuando hago tortas

Es increible como en un año todo puede cambiar. Hace un año era realmente una tortura hacer merengue Italiano, no me comprometía hacer una torta con merengue porque era ina tortura para mi y me estresaba tanto y hoy en dia es mi cobertura de tortas favoritas y quedan realmente bien.

It is incredible how in one year everything can change. A year ago it was really torture to make Italian meringue, I did not promise to make a cake with meringue because it was torture for me and it stressed me so much and today it is my favorite topping of cakes and they look really good.

Hoy hice estas dos hermosas tortas. Bueno mi tía trajo la torta de dos pisos listas yo solo tenia que decorarla y mi prima trajo todos los materiales para hacer la torta de una pequeña osa panda. Y amo ver el resultado final lucen tan geniales y los colores del merengue son realmente vibrantea y hermosos.

Today I made these two beautiful cakes. Well my aunt brought the two-tier cake ready, I just had to decorate it and my cousin brought all the materials to make the cake for a little panda. And I love seeing the end result look so great and the meringue colors are really vibrant and beautiful.

Para la torta de sirena use morado, rosado y verde ya que estos fueron los colores que mi tia pidió. Lo mejor de mi trabajo es ver la cara de las personas cuando la torta esta terminada y la cara de mi tía fue la mejor ella amo la torta.

For the mermaid cake I used purple, pink and green as these were the colors my aunt requested. The best thing about my job is to see people's faces when the cake is finished and my aunt's face was the best she loved the cake.

Y esta otra hermosa torta la hice para celebrar los 3 meses de la bebé de mi prima. Y pues ella quería una torta de osos pandas y así lo hicimos. Una torta con muchas rosetas hermosas, y me arriesgue a pintar el merengue de color negro y tenia miedo de que no quedara o se dañara el merengue pero a la final no paso nada de esto y quedo perfecto y negro.

And this other beautiful cake I made to celebrate the 3 months of my cousin's baby. And well, she wanted a pandas cake and so we did. A cake with many beautiful rosettes, and I took the risk of painting the meringue black and I was afraid that the meringue would not remain or would be damaged but in the end none of this happened and it was perfect and black.

Amo mi trabajo como no tienen idea y aunque muchas veces las tortas que hago no cobro nada. Esto me da algo mas que el dinero y es experiencia! Y eso es algo maravilloso... Solo es necesario ver mis tortas y ver lo mucho que he mejorado. Es un placer compartir mi trabajo aquí y que los que me conocen saben lo mucho que día a día trabajo por ser mejor.

I love my job as they have no idea and although many times the cakes I make I do not charge anything. This gives me more than money and it is experience! And that is something wonderful ...
